I called Mark to look at why I was having red debris in my water...not realizing that it wasn't dirt, but rust. Mark immediately identified the problem as my water heater was breaking down and rusted inside. He gave a bid for a larger tank and expansion tank with all the work, haul away and labor. Once approved he went and got a better tank than I had...18 years old! Said I was lucky to have had it that long, oldest one he'd worked on. Mark handled everything himself. I did ask him to move the final position of the new tank a little be back and he was able to accommodate this request with no further cost to me. Mark ran into some issues due to the poor workmanship the previous installer had done and had to undo some of the pipes. Again no extra cost to me, once he gives me a bid, unless it is something drastic that I ask for...he sticks to it. I eventually had to leave and left Mark in the house with instructions on how to lock up. Came back that night and he was still working on it due to unknown complications due again to the previous installer. Again, no extra cost to me. Mark worked into the night to get the heater installed and it is great! I really had no idea as to how poorly my previous heater worked. This new one is larger and when guest are here, no hot water issues. Marks suggestion again to get the better heater has paid off. I have and will continue to use Mark and he continues to show me the same respect, professionalism and talent that he did with that first job. He's trusted in the house on his own and always, always cleans up after himself. The only way you know that he's been there is that the job is done.
