Lawn Sprinkler Tech

After calling several companies and leaving messages, James was the only one to call back. He made arrangements to come out first thing the next morning. James diagnosed the issue and found that it wasn't my sprinkler but a leaking pipe from the main water line to my house. James couldn't perform the repair and suggested I contact a plumbing company. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused to take any money. James was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and honest. If I do end up with any sprinkler issues he will be the first person I call.

Lee and his apprentice Mike were very prompt , friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Lee remedied the problem quickly, had the necessary parts to make the repairs and even went the extra mile to check all the sprinkler heads and spray directions for the front and rear systems. We were very pleased with his service and will definitely call him again !!!

The dispatch/owner was friendly, knowledgeable and quoted a very accurate price for the necessary repairs. The other company I called was booked until the end of the month, but luckily, this one was available within a few days. The tech was unable to meet the initial window, but the company was very communicative about the delay and kept me in the loop about the arrival time. While initially they said they would have to reschedule for the following day, the tech actually showed up the same day, in the evening. Some customers might not appreciate this, but given the state of my lawn and the commitment to meeting my needs in the day that was arranged, I was quite pleased. The tech diagnosed the initial leak within a few minutes and worked quickly to fix the problem. He not only replaced the heads I needed to have replaced, he also went the extra step of adjusting the spray direction of a few heads that were not performing optimally. Finally, he assisted in resolving a mystery leak caused by the end of the sprinkler pipe being uncapped and terminating in my neighbor's yard! Apparently, the surveyor came after the system was installed and the vendor who did the initial install didn't bother to cap the end after the sprinkler was removed. Because he was able to complete this within the same timeframe, he didn't even charge extra to fix it. All in all, I was completely satisfied with the work and will absolutely call them again if I need any work done on my sprinkler system. It's too bad they don't do installs, because the attention to detail and customer service they displayed would be welcome in the market.

I can't say enough good things about Lee and Lawn Sprinkler Tech. I had a sprinkler company I used for 8 years and they decided to not call or show up. I reached out to Lee and scheduled a visit. He showed up on time and was extremely helpful. He adjusted the sprinkler system and also quoted me a new drainage system. The estimate was fair and they showed up when they said they would. It took a couple of days due to the job and the job works great and looks great. Great job and I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.
