I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MR. CARTER'S WORK. THE BASEMENT LOOKS FANTASTIC. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE BREADTH OF HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HIS WORKMANSHIP. HE FINISHED HIS JOB WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT HE GAVE ME. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS EXTREMELY GOOD, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Description of Work: WE CONTRACTED WITH MR. CARTER TO FINISH ONE HALF OF OUR BASEMENT INTO A LIVING AREA, BEDROOM, AND BATH FOR MY SON. THIS WORK INCLUDED MOVING DUCTWORK, LOCATING A WASTE LINE IN THE CONCRETE FLOOR, MOVING VARIOUS PIPES, BUILDING IN AN ENTERTAINMENT/BOOK SHELF, PUTTING IN A FULL BATH INCLUDING A TILED SHOWER. THE ENTIRE AREA WAS SHEETROCKED INCLUDING A SHEETROCK TREY CEILING.
