We have used and trusted this company for several years. Repeated service calls in the past few years without satisfaction. Recently called another company for a second opinion. I now have a very long list of shortcuts taken..Risking potential fire/water damage to my home. Feel betrayed and disappointed. Due to errors they made I am having to replace both the heating and air units on the first floor. The furnace alone...condensate pump not in drain pan, reused old drain pan too small for new furnace, installed narrow body evaporator coil on wide body furnace, improper installation of electrical, hard wired condensate pump/no outlet provided, wrong size filter folded over and the loose switch duct taped to the furnace.

Received quotes from three dealers, all offering different manufacturers. Read a number of reviews for both the manufacturers and the installers. Discovered most reviews were negative and that whether a buyer had positive feelings about the product/installer depended more on the installer than the product. Given the fact I had dealt with L and M Leonard for 25 years and had been pleased with their service I selected them to do the installation. They arrived as scheduled, installed new pad, restored the electrical box, installed new thermostat, and removed old equipment and other debris.

They maintain 2 systems. It is a family run business. They take a lot of pride in their work. They are very knowledgeable. They have replaced 2 heating and air conditioning systems. They knew exactly what to get for the size of my home and the work load that I had. After the installation, I can walk away with the confidence that the work was done correctly. In between service calls I rarely, if ever, have any problems with my heating and air conditioning systems. It is due to the way that they keep the systems up. They do preventative maintenance. When things go wrong, they repair it right the first time so I don’t have problems with it. The price is very competitive.

I have always been very happy with the service that I receive from this company. I have actually been using them for about twenty years. I wouldn't trust my home to anyone but them. In the past, if I have needed any extra services besides the routine yearly checks, they have been very fair on the charges.

Mrs. Leonard scheduled the appointment, and Jason arrived on time and provided a comprehensive estimate. I especially was pleased that Jason provided best case and worst case estimates. He did a great job of managing my expectations. Work was scheduled for next day. Jason and helper arrived on time, completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with all aspects of the job.

This is a family owned and operated company. They have always provided timely and economical service. I have used them several years and the same guy has done the service each time. They haven't tried to sell me more expensive equipment either. They are reliable and honest. Once when my heater failed in the winter, they were here quickly and fixed the problem without delay.
