These guys completely botched our new custom kitchen cabinets. Our direct contact was somewhat limited with them as we were working with a general contractor, but we went out to their shop in mid-April to pick the style and color of our cabinets, and to lay out a rough design for what we were looking for. They threw together a computer mockup for us, then we told them some things that we would like to have changed. They told us the would make the changes and send us the new mockups, but they never did. Several weeks later, just before our remodel job was ready to put in the order for the cabinets, we went back out to the shop to check up on the design to make sure it was right. They had not made a single change to the design, and several specifics were not as we had asked. So they made changes to some of the computer mockups, and once again they were supposed to send us the rest of the mockups in email. At this point we thought we were in the clear but should have known better. Some of the requested changes were made, but there were still some specifics that were incorrect. For example, underneath our range-top, the original mockup had included two pull-out drawers, but we wanted simple side-by-side swing open doors and they had made a new computer mockup with this change. But inexplicably, they still provided us with two pull-out drawers. There were several other things wrong. Also, we just wanted simple white cabinets... no gloss or glaze, just simple white. But the style of cabinet doors we wanted did not come in this finish, so they had to paint them. They did a horrible paint job, it is obvious from a distance that they did a sloppy job. Our contractor is going to have to go back and take care of this himself. Finally, there is a small computer nook with a granite countertop. I asked them to cut a 12" long x 1.5" wide notch at the back of the granite toward the MIDDLE of the countertop, so I could send power cords/etc. down underneath the countertop but still have the chords hidden. I even made a computer mockup of exactly where I wanted the notch cut. However, they cut the notch in the corner, where it is much more difficult to hide, and the edges were very rough and sloppy/not finished. I know that these guys did not take responsibility for getting the cabinet design wrong, so it makes me feel like they intentionally did a sloppy job when they worked on subsequent pieces. But whether it was intentional or not, it was poor quality work. I will say the raw material of the cabinets seems like good quality for the price, but I would still not recommend using them for any custom work.
