From the beginning JS&A has worked hard to “find good homes for good people,” create and maintain Bookkeeping and Maintenance Services that are Second to None and answer our phones 24/7/365! Not many companies work nights and weekends. We work long, hard and smart so we can do what we do best: Maintain & Enhance the Value of Our Landlords Property! Today, after our 22nd Anniversary: We our renting homes faster then we can add them to our inventory! From over 30 websites to yard signage to our unique ability to cost effectively make homes “clean and ready to rent,” we have achieved many of the goals we set and our client’s desire. Initially, many of our Landlords came to us because of our price structure and found over time we are a very cost effective security blanket. Our standard 60% Leasing Fee and 8% Management Fees are very low. We match our great effort and rates with a ZERO upfront listing cost. That’s right ZERO! We get paid to perform – not talk about it!
