Integrity was great to work with on all aspects of our project. We had a pinhole leak that they helped us immediately identify the source, start the restoration process and then did a great job with the remodeling. We had to have our wooden floors removed/replaced, drywall removed and replaced, new cabinets installed in our kitchen, new granite and new light fixtures. They also added new bookcases, helped pick out granite and were just very, very helpful. We plan on using them again for our bathrooms. We worked with Steven and Stephen.

Amazing company. They came out at 9pm at night to start mitigation after we had a pipe with a pin hole leak. Very sympathetic to the stress we were going through. Very professional, saved as much of the crown molding and other areas as possible. Checked on us every day. Worked more than 12 hours a day. Responded to text messages and very polite. They wore shoe covers and treated my house as there own.

I have had the pleasure of using Integrity Restoration a number of times, for services regarding major water damage at a couple of properties we currently own. Excellent service- My place was trashed by a water break in the interior wall. In the midst of the floors and walls becoming null and void, Integrity, LLC was more than reassuring of the Restoration Project from beginning till end over several weeks. They were considerate of me living in the midst of all that needed to be achieved for my living space to be a healthy one. So much so, I really appreciate the daily support of knowing what needed to be done and when so. The team including but not excluding anyone: Jonathan-hands on approach to finishing work, Angela - paperwork- insurance stuff, Chip-floors, Alfredo-walls and Phillip-reinstallation of cabinets, Jason and Shane along with the mitigation team crossed all of the „t“s and dotted the „i“s.

Integrity was at my house within eight hours of my call. The flood happened on a Sunday and they were there working on Sunday night. They handled everything for me. Truly made an extremely stressful situation easy.

Literally ever project we have ever worked on together has been a success. I can only say this about 3 or 4 contractors in any trade of work with whom I do business. These guys are top notch and have always exceeded expectations in quality and customer service.

They came out the same day that we called them and were very helpful with insurance. They were responsive when I e-mailed or called. I was happy and they did a good job.

I used them because they came up, they were rating up pretty high. They were a little difficult to deal with as far as being on time. The work was good.

Company was called in by plumber when a leak was discovered inside of our bathroom wall which was located upstairs and water was dripping into the shower area downstairs. We used two of the subcompanies within the company: one for the removal of the mold/mildew and water and one for the restoration of both bathrooms. Since our home is approx 50 years old, the tile that had to be torn out to access the wet areas could not be matched. Therefore, we decided to renovate both bathrooms. One bathroom had to have the tub raised, subfloor replaced, tile and flooring installed. All the dry wall and ceiling was removed. New exhaust and light was installed. Bathroom painted. The other bathroom had shower walls and floor replaced after structural repairs were done.. Painting was also done in this bathroom. Hired a licensed plumber to do all plumbing work. Subcontractors Alfredo and Diego did an excellent job and did the majority of the work. Very little supervision given to them. Someone accidentally took 2 of our heavy duty/outside long extension cords that they had been using . Hopefully they will be returned. We have made final payment (MY BAD!!) but no one has been by to do a final inspection of the work. Moved a BBQ grill into the yard and have asked to have it returned where it was moved from. Once the work began they worked quickly to finish it. I have not signed the paperwork that the Renojob is complete. In answer to the question if I would use them again...there needs to be a box and quot;maybeand quot;. It's not a strong yes or no if I would use them again.
