HOT SPOT TINTING

Description of Work: Hot Spot did excellent work tinting my car windows. And even did a good job spot cleaning my car to assure no tinting residue was left on my vehicle.

Description of Work: Price is high because I got the crystalline film which is $200 additional. They tinted side and rear windows on my car. They provided excellent customer service and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Do not be put off by the size or location of their shop. It is nothing fancy but they do a top notch job. I just bought a new car and will be scheduling to have them do my new car.

Description of Work: Tinted windows on my 2009 BMW (328i). This shop was recommended by Global Imports where my vehicle was purchased about nine months ago. Service department at Global stated they stand behind the company and that they are the only one they recommend for tinting their BMW vehicles. Upon arrival I was a bit disappointed at the appearance of the facility and expected a more professional looking shop. But, a good appearance does not always reflect good service. I had appointment for 9 am but had to wait until about 9:15 am until someone arrived at the shop. A young lady came out and showed me four tint samples which she used a spray bottle to stick each to the inside of the back window so that I could choose which type of tint I preferred. She moistened the window first before applying each small tint, but let the water run down into the car without attempting to keep it from dripping inside the widow and on to the interior. I had to get a napkin from my glove compatment and wipe the water up myself. However, the tinted widows look good and I was satisfied with the appearance. I used my debit card to pay for the service and was a bit suprised that she had to write down the entire card number and will need to take it someplace they use to complete the transaction and enter the number manually. Hot Spot Tinting does NOT appear to have the usual, more secure, electronic processing equipment ie: card swipe terminal. This left me feeling a bit uncomfortable about the exposure of my hand written account number . Otherwise, tint looks very good.
