hardwood floor
+ -1 more. I had contacted this company via Red Beacon. I couldn't get a response, any response, out of them but after repeated tries, finally got an appt made for the Thursday. About 30 mins before the appt time, I got a call from someone who said they'd been in an accident and couldn't make the appt. I said ok let's set up another and asked the person to call me back Friday morning. They said "ooook".....didn't happen, no call no nothing. I gave up. However then I signed up for Angies list and found them there so I thought I'd try again........again, nothing, not even a decline. Probably the most unprofessional experience I've had with any of the people I've contacted for my project. In retrospect, I probably escaped a very nasty experience on my project with them. This industry abounds with unprofessionals like this. You have to be very careful!! Be warned folks.
