Don and his coworker worked into the evening and on Labor day to get the multiple jobs done. Their skills and attention to details far exceed what I'm used to seeing. They did quality work and wanted to make sure that I was happy by asking my questions and taking extra steps in the appearance of their work. They showed up when they were suppose to and cleaned up after working. I plan on hiring them again.

Unfortunately with the governors 'shelter-in-place' Mr Hodges company was unable to perform work I was looking for. I inadvertently deleted the email thread with totally forgot we had corresponded. I originally gave this company an F rating as I did not remember having communication. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If what you need is within his power to perform, I'm sure he will be accommodating. Again my apologies.

Everything was great. He showed up on time, did an amazing job and left my ceiling looking unscathed. Also did a fantastic job containing the mess in the kitchen. Would highly recommend and definitely hire again.

Don was extremely professional, detailed and a pleasure to work with. The finished product blended in seamlessly with the rest of the wall. The existing sheet rock had a slight curve, and though Don could have installed the new pieces as-is, he insisted on adding additional wood and screws to fix it (for no additional charge). He also ensured the rest of the house stayed dust-free! If you want your job to be perfect, Hodges Residential Service is the way to go.

Don responded to my initial inquiry quickly and provided an very detailed and accurate estimate. He was open and honest about the scope of the project and about potential issues that he night discover once he was behind the sheet rock. For the second time in our home we experienced a leaky pipe that required a section of the ceiling to be cut out to do repairs. Also for the second time, we hired Hodges Residential Services to patch the ceiling. Our ceiling is textured, and it's not easy to find a contractor who can handle a repair like that and make it look good. Don has done astonishing work twice now for us and our ceiling looks as good as new. He took the time needed to make sure his work blended right in with the original perfectly. In addition to being a dry wall artist, Don is also friendly, professional, and provides some of the most detailed estimates I've ever received. I'll absolutely be hiring him again the next time I need some home repair work.

I chose Don from a few carpenters as his quote, proposed solution, and communication were very professional and priced within reason for the amount of work required. Don was available within a few days of my acceptance of his bid and started on time as scheduled. He also completed the work within the two day estimated time frame. His carpentry work was very high quality and he resolved issues that were inherent of my home’s 40 year old construction methods. The results exceeded my expectations for how much difference there is in comfort and feeling safe now climbing and descending these stairways. He was on time and very professional. After all the drywall was repaired, he cleaned his work area without a trace of dust. The drywall looks great and I’m very pleased with his service.

We hired Dan Hodges for a range of issues inside our home and he did a terrific job. He has done work for us before at another home and the quality of work as well as professionalism have always been impeccable. Dan is very thorough, honest, and reliable. Don arrived when he said he would, gave me a good quote and worked with me on phasing the work. When it came time to actually do the work for the bonus room phase he arrived on time and completed everything as planned. I was happy with the service and price.

Don did an outstanding job! Don was extremely professional, detailed, punctual, and followed through on what he said he was going to do. These days, that says a lot in my experience. Don kept his work area contained from other areas of the house and is very meticulous with his craftsmanship. Exactly what I would have wanted in drywall work, as sloppy work is easily noticed. We've had Don do a bunch of work around the house including: * Over the range microwave installation * Siding repair * Rotten wood replacement * Removal of shelves and patching of holes * Drywall repair (hole patching) * Light switch replacement * Towel rack replacement * Screen repair and replacement * Front door weatherstripping * Closet door ball-catch replacement My wife keeps a prioritized, running list of stuff to be done. When the list gets full, we get Don out to work through the items. Don is very conscientious and detailed oriented. He takes the time to do the work right. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.

Don responded to my request right away and was able to fit me in his schedule! He showed up when he said he would and did a great job! Also, it didn't take as long as I expected.
