They were prompt to respond to our inquiry and flexible to schedule around our Sellers availability. The final product was good but did not get delivered in the anticipated window and I had to reach out to get the plans delivered. Other than that I was happy with the work.

It has been 3 weeks since they came to do appraisal. Haven't finished report yet. No answer to our texts for about 4 days. The only thing they sent was a bill!
