Kenny was on time. He is professional. Explained any issues. Did the jobs required in a timely way. Have hired him to do additional handyman work.

I started off asking Kenny if he could check what is wrong with my fan. He was a no show the first appointment then he went ahead and just asked for a picture and how tall the ceiling was. When he found out he would have to bring a ladder he said he didn't want to look at it and wants to replace it outright. So I said ok no problem and purchased a new fan. He didn't tell me it needed to be a specific fan type (downrod mount). He showed up and took the fan/light down and took the fan out of the box to realize it's not the right mounting type. He then left and did not put the light/fan back up that he took down which left my tenant without light. When I reached out to him (I texted him at midnight so he was upset, this was my fault I didn't think about what time it was) about why he did that he just said he's already wasted enough of his time. So I just said I'll order another fan and when can he be out there and then he started complaining about wasting time when he's the one who didn't even come inspect it or show up the first appointment or inform me that I needed a downrod fan. I was willing to look past it but he just told me to find someone else when he started alluding to him not showing up because he's wasted his time and now my tenant is without lights. Thanks kenny.

I was worried i would have a hard time finding someone who would want to do what I know is considered a "small job." Ken was the first handyman I called, because I read all of his good reviews. He came to my apartment the very next day and wanted to only charge me $50 but I ended up paying him $75 because I felt that the $50 was not a fair price for him. He was just great-got the jobs done in short order and did a wonderful job. All you single ladies and widows who are in need of a good handyman that you can trust-I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

If you are looking for a great handyman, you can stop searching when you find Kenny. I thought he was extremely reliable, skillful & very friendly. He took on handyman items (fixing brick floor) that others refused to do & did sterling work. He even came back the next day to finish up because one light fixture that we had purchased had been damaged in the box. In a nutshell, Kenny Mac, I would have him back!

We used his suggestions to change old light fixture to track lights and pre wire for lights. Wow what a difference! With the cabinet install, he had to put them together, install, and trim them. They look great! He was punctual and had excellent communication. He was very professional. We will use him again in the future. Thanks for doing an awesome job on our kitchen!

We are very satisfied with Kenny's work and plan to hire him again. He likes to work by the day or the half day and suggested we make a list of projects and prioritize them and he will come over and work and get as much done as possible.

I originally called Kenny to fix flooring and trim work done by a previous and incompetent contractor. Given the complex nature of the flooring given the specialty design, Kenny said "You need a flooring expert. If you can't find someone that will finish this for you, call me back." I appreciated the honesty and so called him back after I moved in to help with some of the stuff I couldn't do by myself. He hung 3 chandeliers for me (one in a double-story space) as well as a ceiling fan. I booked him for the day and thought those 4 fixtures would take all day. He was done before lunch. WHAT ELSE YOU GOT?! Well, I have these 3 exterior door doorknobs that need installing. Done. I have these 2 heavy pieces of artwork hung. Done...and straight! I have this massive commercial whiteboard to install. Done. I gave him a great tip and will call him for future projects.

Great! Kenny quoted us a great price to do the job. His quote was prompt and he scheduled us right away. He built the beam style wall the first day and secured it between the kitchen and living room. He also gave it its first coat of mud. He made 3 more trips to finish the mud, sand and primer. He was very precise in his work. Upon finish, he cleaned up and offered $100 off his quote after I told him I would do the painting since I did not have the right color ready for him. I only accepted $50 off since he did such a good job and was pleasant to have around while he worked. He is already schedules for his next job, moving and updating a fireplace mantel.

Flawless. Kenny showed up on time, as he always has for us. I was concerned about hanging a tv on our fireplace since the stone created several juts, Since Kenny was familiar with our fireplace since he had lowered our mantel a few months ago, he arrived with everything he needed to compensate for the unevenness, In just about three hours he had the TV brackets up, TV hung and perfectly centered on the fireplace. I could not be more pleased. He then replaced the valve assembly in a very tight area in a small bathroom. Without asking he also tightened the toilet that had a slight wiggle to it. It took him just minutes to complete. Kenny is very professional in dealing with him and he truly earns his A ratings including the A rating for his cost. I already have discussed a couple of future projects with him and a couple of good friends have had him do multiple projects for them too.

It could not have gone better. Lenny analyzed the problem and considered several solutions before recommending the least expensive. He arrived promptly to do the work and stayed at it until it was completed--about seven hours. The result looks great including the paint matches. He was very good about explaining what he was doing and answered all my questions. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area before he left, He was a real pleasure to work with.

Kenny removed the bar countertop, cut the drywall down & reattached the countertop so that it is level with my cabinet countertop. He did a great job. I will certainly have him back to take care of other projects on list. He is a pleasure to be around. Thank you Kenny!

Umm, I don't think i've had a better experience or more comforting feeling about my new house until Kenny helped me out. He scheduled things around my own schedule, stayed later than the deal amount, and addressed things INCREDIBLY fast which I figured would take forever. I have not met a more empathetic and kind caring person when it came to their work. For every single thing adjusted or fixed Kenny provided feedback as to simple follow up steps for me to follow. Example being a piece of wood connected to some drywall which had gaps that the seller of the house took shortcuts on. Kenny said simply buy some bondo and paste it up and if any questions came up he said I could call for assistance.
