+ 0 moreDan's normal visit is a minimum $150, but he said the work didn't warrant that cost and only charged me half of that or $75, despite the fact that he inspected all of the siding and secured even more sections than the ones that had caused me concern. Dan is an extremely caring man and I will surely consider him for future projects to or in my home.
Description of Work: I have had many problems with my aluminum siding since I purchased my home 12 years ago. Various sections are loose and eventually pull free from the house in any strong wind. Even prior to a weather report predicting damaging winds, several sections had come loose again and I was in a panic to get them fixed. It is very difficult to get anyone out to "repair siding", but Dan understood my anxiety and came out as soon as he could.

+ 9 moreDan and Cheryl arrived on time to provide an estimate for all the work we requested. Bret and Renee were assigned the job. They arrived each day around the same time and worked delinquently to complete the requested jobs. There were a few bumps in the road but Dan made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: We had the following work completed, interior painting, caulk and pressure wash the whole house, pressure wash and seal the 16 x 33 ft deck, install a French door, remove and sheet rock where the original door was located, install wiring and boxes for 3 additional lights on the deck, clean gutters, replace gutter nails with screws and install extensions to downspouts and bury.

+ 2 moreDan called the day prior to the work to confirm the time. He and Sheryl showed up on time with all the necessary equipment. They worked steady and cleaned up as they went. They were very careful with the things in my home. The work was done well and completed as promised in two days. For the time and the quality of the work I felt the price was reasonable. They are a very pleasant couple who did the work on my home as if it were their own.
Description of Work: I had 14 shutters reattached, 3 ceiling fans replaced, a bathroom ceiling stain repainted, drywall repair and repainting (for leak damage) in part of a room and a closet, a plumbing repair in the shower, recaulking of 3 tubs and a shower, a can light reset, wallpaper edges reglued in bathroom, all towel and toilet paper holders tightened or reattached, a couple of shingles renailed, and several windows pressure washed.
