They were on top of the job within 48 hrs. and had it complete in 2 hrs. at under budget. I was very happy and I am calling them back for more work.

Did a very good job on replacing rotten siding and rebuilding entire chimney at my two-story home. Courteousness, promptness, and workmanship were excellent. The only complaint I have is that when they found additional areas that needed fixing and were not included in the original estimate, they charged what I thought were high prices to fix those smaller things. I did ask them to come down on the price given that I was using them for the larger job, but they only took a few dollars off their estimate.

The work was above and beyond my expectations! Very satisfied with the quality of the work, and the price was better than the other quote I got. Will definitely use again.

HandyAndy and his crews did an excellent job. Andy was responsive to numerous inquires and requests during the bidding process. His superintendant did an excellent job of scheduling, and managing the work, and his crews went to a service level experienced by few home repair contractors.

This paint and small repair job was started back in May 2006. It is Feb. 2007 and it is yet to be completed. The quality of the work done has been mostly good, but they will not correct mistakes or even answer return calls about incomplete or incorrect portioions of the job. I will never again use or never recommend this contractor.

HandyAndy's crew started on June 14 (as agreed) and completed the project within the time agreed (2-5 days). The crew did an excellent job replacing the cedar siding on the left side of house with hardiplank and the left side of my home looks great. Due to the size of the project and the amount of wood that was removed, the crew did a good job cleaning up/hauling away the debris. Any complaints of finding debris left were immediately resolved by Marlene. Overall HandyAndy performed well above my expectations. Based on my experience wth Marlene and her crew, I will definitely use HandyAndy again and will refer this company
