Description of Work: I had an annual termite contract with them for several years. My ONLY issue was that their price was out of line with other companies providing the same service & coverage & it went up every year. However, they are professional & considerate, wonderful to work with & I hated leaving them. it was a financial decision b/c the difference was almost $100/yr. the new company also uses an "Always Active" Sentricon system instead of just bait as needed. I went with a company I found on Angie's list that I did not know about before.
