When we decided to buy a home here in Georgia, First we started searching in different web sites like Zillow, Trulia and read different blogs and sure we were so confused. Then a friend of ours referred Mr. Gary. We spoke with Gary over the phone and he arranged a meeting at Panera. He spend an hour explaining his background and educated us about the whole process of home buying .We asked lot of questions about home buying process, issues etc., He clarified us so patiently and kindly. We were satisfied and selected Gary as our real estate agent. Once we decided go with Gary, he setup an account in Listing book, FMLS web sites which has all resources at one place to research about the house, its location, neighborhood, schools, etc. We reviewed the houses in those websites and shortlisted 5 to 7 houses to visit each time. Once we shortlisted, we informed Gary about them. He promptly responded and scheduled visits as early as possible. It was quicker than we expected and we always wondered how Gary was able to schedule the visits so quickly. He kept us informed about issues up front. We have seen several houses and Gary was so patient showing all the houses. No pressure and no pushy. After the tour of every home, Gary will ask for feedback of the home and He used to provide his feedback as well. His feedback was very useful and informative. We were very confident that we are in right direction of choosing a right home. Gary’s professional knowledge and experience helped us make correct decisions. We learned a lot from Gary. Once we decided on the home, he helped us in putting the offer, Home Inspections and subsequent negotiations. The entire process was so transparent. Gary’s experience & Inputs were so helpful and it helped us to get the house we wanted. Gary didn’t stop at closing but he extended his support even after. He was very punctual, professional and helped us a lot throughout the process. After six months of searching for a new house in our home city of Boston, my fiancé Sarah and I had just about given up hope. We were expecting our first child and had completely outgrown our apartment. Real estate in Boston meant either buying a hundred-year-old house in desperate need of a complete overhaul, or a multi-million-dollar brownstone. Gary helped us successfully purchase a great house in Roswell. Since this was our first home purchase, we had many questions about finding the right home. In our first meeting, Gary walked us through the entire home buying process and patiently answered all of our questions. He took time to understand our needs, likes and dislikes. Wow - where do I start? I've purchased four homes in the past 32 years and Gary was by far the most involved, supportive, helpful and most effective agent with whom I worked. Ever! From the very start, where he coached me through the 10 things to do to sell a house to the closing, Gary was always there and eager to represent my best interest. All of his advise was right on and I always felt he had my back. Two things Gary suggested that were invaluable was for me to have my own home inspection and my own appraisal done before listing the house for sale. This gave me the opportunity to identify and make repairs BEFORE LISTING and to set the selling price. As a result, the actual buyer paid slightly less than the asking price and his inspection was almost flawless. if you don't use Gary as your agent, you are making a mistake! Don't make that mistake!

My personal situation is possibly a little different than others. My husband passed away, and after the estate was settled, I realized that I could not heal properly in the home we shared. Gary Mesnick is a Superb Real Estate Agent, with many years of experience. A friend highly recommended him to me when I mentioned, in casual conversation, that I wanted to hire a good "Seller's Real Estate Agent." I had a target month by which I wanted to sell my house so that I could relocate to another State during the late summer months. Had I known that Gary would provide a huge amount of advice and assistance to me before we entered into a contract, I would have called him 2 months before the time that I first contacted him. On our first meeting, he presented a notebook Powerpoint presentation of current real estate market statistics, advice, and his services and marketing strategy. He answered all questions and left a "Pre-Sale Package" designed for my needs (a portfolio of his marketing action plan, his steps for selling a house quickly, and a Cancellation Guarantee). First of all, I was advised to make sure that my house was, or would be, in tip-top condition and that all major systems were in excellent condition. That took a good bit of time on my part. Next we had professionals inspect the house and provide a fair market price estimate. Then, Gary and I signed a contract for his services to sell the house. When my house was Listed, a Buyer offered a contract bid within 4 days! At 6 days, I signed a Binding Contract to sell the house. What an amazing thing, to see how well the house "showed" to potential buyers (according to other real estate agents) and how fast the house went under contract. My house sale was Closed a couple of weeks before the target date that I discussed with Gary! My friend has employed Gary at different times as a Buyer's Agent, and as a Seller's Agent, and the friend has always been very happy with Gary's services. From my perspective, Gary is an excellent "Seller's Agent" and negotiator.

I have heard numerous nightmare stories about home buying from my friends, I was thinking all those were true until I met Gary. Infact everyone in my family including my 3 year old love Gary. Purchasing a home can be a daunting task for anyone, particularly for first-time buyers like us in an unfamiliar city. We had just moved from Michigan and were looking to find a home as soon as possible. We were lucky to have a good friend in the Greater Atlanta area who recommended Gary to us based on his impressive rating/reviews on Angie's list. This was after I had spoken to a few other realtors who were not as responsive as Gary. We finally decided on a house of our liking which was a new construction and closed on it prior to our deadline, thanks to Gary. Gary also made helpful recommendations for trusted lenders and we had a great experience working with one of them. He also shared his trusted vendor list from carpenters to insurance agents and everyone in between. When it came to communication, Gary is always there for his clients - whether it is a quick update call or to check up on things (even after moving into our new home!). Gary made sure that we were always posted on developments with reminders of the next appointment or item needed. As he has been in the industry for a number of years, he is an expert on the greater Atlanta area and does an excellent job of researching for comps when deciding on an offer price. My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Gary and couldn?t be happier with how smoothly it went. We?d previously been recommended another realtor by a friend, but after I emailed her a couple questions and hadn?t received a response a week later, I knew it wouldn?t work out. We jumped on Angie?s List and were amazed at the incredible number of stellar reviews for Gary. I gave him a call and explained that we were from out of the area and wanted to fly down and check out a bunch of houses in just a couple days. He said that wouldn?t be a problem and even though we wound up changing the dates several times, he was always accommodating. Being first time buyers, we had a bunch of questions before going and he spent a great deal of time on the phone with us explaining everything thoroughly. When we finally made it down and met Gary the first time, you could tell right away that he wanted to help us out and worked hard to maintain his reputation. We went out and saw probably 25-30 houses over two days. With each house that we walked into, we were of course looking for potential issues, but Gary was as well. He would point out issues to us and you could tell he wasn?t trying to sell us just any house. He wanted to make sure we?d actually be happy with it. When we decided to go with a newly built house, he warned us right away that buying from builders is not easy. He told us when they sell, it?s ?their way or the highway?. That couldn?t have been more accurate. He tried to help us negotiate certain things, but they wouldn?t budge. I can?t fault Gary for that though ? he warned us. The builders were also very slow to respond to everything. When a deadline would be coming up, Gary would be all over them trying to get a response. Somehow everything always came through last minute. It was stressful at times, but in the end it all worked out. Overall, there were a few bumps in the process, but Gary was always there to help us work through them. He?s quick to respond to emails and almost always available by phone. If he misses your call, you won?t have to wait long to hear back from him. One of the best things he does ? whether it be on the phone or in person ? is he always treats you like you?re his only client. He always makes you feel like you?re the only that he?s working with. I realize now, when he says he treats all his clients like VIPs, that?s it. That?s what he does. He?s a great guy and we would recommend him to anyone!

We are from Michigan and due to work reasons, we were relocating to Atlanta. We lived in a condo in Michigan, so this is our first single family home purchase. Without knowing lot of folks in Atlanta, we researched in Angie?s list and narrowed down 3 real estate agents, Gary Mesnick being one of them. Of all 3 agents, Gary was very prompt in getting back to us. And he gave lot of references from his previous clients and got us setup within a day in the ListingBook site, so we started getting the listings right away. Rest of the agents were not responsive or late or when they did call back, seem to have their own agenda/interest, instead of understanding what we were looking. Gary on the contrary, gave some good feedback, got us setup to get listings so fast, so we decided to not even talk to ANY other agents. We short listed 8-10 houses to visit and informed Gary that we will visit Atlanta during the memorial weekend. Being a long weekend, we were worried about Gary?s availability and the sellers? availability. But Gary cleared his calendar up and dedicated 1 and ½ days completely for us. When we met first Gary in our hotel the first day, he spent an hour or so to explain his background and gave us some good info on home buyer ?gotchas?. In this interaction, Gary was very informative and not at all pushy. His wealth of experience and his passion towards this Real estate business was very evident. He was very particular that everyone should win, in any type of interaction or business. Then when we went and saw the houses, he would let us look through it and form our own opinion and ask for feedback. Then he gave his insightful and fact based feedback about the house, we learned a lot from Gary. And when we finalized the house we want to put down the offer, Gary provided comps and gave his professional opinion on our offer price. And during the offer/contingency/acceptance period, Gary was on top of getting the papers to me for signature and was ALWAYS available for questions. Even when the seller?s agent was not on top of things, Gary made up for that also. When we were worried about one issue in this house, Gary went above and beyond to get some professional opinion from a siding company and also gave his feedback too. When we came to Atlanta for closing, Gary extended his availability to pick us from airport or hotel and made sure everything went smooth. And after we moved in, he called us after 2-3 days to check if everything is ok. Even now (a month after closing), if we have questions about house maintenance, I call Gary and he still have the same level of promptness and courtesy. And Gary gave us the list of lenders to choose from and he had good references for other services as well. My wife and I are thankful to Gary in helping us buy this house and we feel, we have a good friend who we can call upon for any other challenges that might come up in owning this house.
