Description of Work: Gary Mesnick is a marvelous individual. When I began my seach for a rental condo/townhouse in the metro Atlanta area, my first step was to check with Angie's list. As Gary was given such rave reviews as a real estate agent here on Angie's, I immediately called him. I quickly learned from Gary that he solely focuses on selling homes. While our conversation could have ended there, Gary gave me the names of local agents he knows who handle rentals and offered to contact them to introduce me and encourage them to contact me. He then told me he would check back with me to make sure I was getting responses. Gary's contacts have proven to be very helpful to me and I'm well on my way to locating a desired property. Gary has called me a couple of times to find out how I am faring. This is amazing to me. He didn't need to do any of this for me as I was not a potential client to buy a home.
