He canceled the service 10mins before the appointment, it was horrible.

Generally all went well. One of the rooms has an 15 foot ceiling and the team arrived without the necessary ladders to reach the top. They eventually got the equipment but even painting the ceiling was like watching a circus act; one guy on the ladder while two others held it up in the middle of the room so he could paint around the fan base. Death defying to say the least. Also, I had (still have) a couple of stress cracks around windows and doors. I asked that the cracks be treated so as not to return. Needless to say, they weren't and I now have the same issue. Generally the project went well and I would consider hiring them back.

Services weren't performed. During the estimate phase, there were several issues with the document. The first iteration contained painting items that we didn't have, and left out other things we did have. The second iteration took off the items we didn't have but didn't include all the doors, windows, etc that we did have. We never received a third revision and decided not to pursue it since the lack of attention to detail at the estimate stage caused concern for the actual work to be done. A comment about their estimate document. It is extremely detailed by room and a bit difficult to read. It's room by room and in small 'run-on' print that requires very careful examination. Each change to it affects the pricing. We also had a concern because the power point presentation indicated that they were BBB certified and Trust Dale certified. This was not the case for this franchise location. The only Five Star Painting we could find on either site was for a franchise in Cumming, I believe it was. Having said all that, Kristen was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Crew very protective of homeowner environment. Very professional and were in and out in no time. Hard working-doesn't take a lot of breaks or goof off like some crews do. Happy with work that was done and could not believe the speed at which was done. I will definitely use them again, and again. The only constructive feedback I would give is could use a bit more improvement with wall prep. I.,e., if filling a anchor bolt hole, use the minimal amount of filler instead of clumping it on. And foreman needs to go over everything with fine tooth comb before all if packed up and done to find areas they may have missed. But overall, was happy that I went with them. Owner of company very easy to work with if they miss something and very willing to get the job right. I really appreciate crews that get in and get the work done and get out so I can enjoy my beautiful home. This is probably as close to a perfect painter as you can get. I plan to use them for exterior painting in the spring.
