The delivery went smooth, but they only delivery after 6pm after the store is closed. We had issues develop with the rower and have had difficulty getting them to respond. Wanted to swap unit out, but since they have not responded and we are past 30 days I feel stuck dealing with vendor. I like supporting small local businesses, but when they do not follow through then I would rather deal with big box store as they would stand behind a sale better. I think Dick's or Sports Authority would have swapped this machine out right way.
Description of Work: Purchased a recumbent bike and R100 rower and while the sales help was good the after sale experience is not.
