Description of Work: Re-roofed complete home.

Description of Work: The gentleman who showed up was nice, but didn't have any kind of uniform on, and was a little disheveled looking. It was a little unprofessional. The Findlay Roofing sign on his truck let me know that he was legit. He was on time and went to work immediately. As best I can tell, he has corrected the problem we were having on our roof. Unfortunately, he didn't give me any pricing before he actually began the repair. He did not present any kind of bill/invoice. After completion I had to ask him what it would cost. He told me he would submit his repair to the office and they would call and handle the payment. He said it was usually around $89.00 for a service call. Up until that point, I had no idea what I would be paying. That price was ok, so I didn't complain. But if it had been more than $100, and I didn't know until AFTER the service, I would have been upset that no one had told me how much it would be before the work was performed. I would use them again as we had them install our new roof several years ago, but I will be sure to ask for a quote BEFORE any work is performed this time.

Description of Work: Findley came out twice to repair a serious leak in my roof. They failed to fix the leak both times. A different person came out each time. I got the impression they were subcontractors and not Findley employees. I did not realize just how incapable these people were until I finally hired another roofing company and was blown away by their expertise and professionalism.

Description of Work: They removed old roof, replaced bad decking, replaced two skylights, installed ridge vent. | |They arrived on time. Worked hard till dark, didn't quite finish but came back next day to finish. Did great job and was 25% less then all others.

Description of Work: roof replacement. Honest and accurate assessment of roof condition vs other companies' quotes. Had a couple of leaks starting due to poor prior installation by another vendor - proactively accommodated my smaller town home roof in their schedues by doing a saturday installation. High marks for everyone, roof looks great.

Description of Work: They replaced my old roof with an architectural roof and had to replace some of the wood. They weren't able to finish in one day because they ran out of shingles toward the end of the day, but they returned early the next morning and finished. They cleaned up, and someone came later and took away the trailer with all the old shingles and other trash. I called the office twice with questions, which were promptly answered.

Description of Work: They put on a new chimney cap. They replaced the roofs on two gazebos.
