I had a section of roof that I wanted reroofed which included replacement of two skylights. I also wanted all the roof vents resealed and a satellite dish removed. The two roofers that performed the work were very professional and used quality materials. They repaired a couple of spots where the sheathing was rotten. I followed them closely through the entire process and I was very impressed with the quality of work performed. I would highly recommend Findlay.

They offered the best value and price of all the quotes I sought to replace my roof. They were prompt through the whole process and worked around the weather to complete the job with going above and beyond expectations. Communications were prompt and informative. Would recommend them to others and would do business again with them should the need arise.

It went great! First crew replaced fascia coverings. Second crew replaced roof in one long 11 1/2 hour day. Third crew replaced gutters and downspouts in one day. Last crew replaced cedar shake decorative siding and painted it. They also finished some outstanding sections of fascia covering. It looks like a new house now! We are so pleased!

Findlay Roofing communicated well throughout the process. I was apprised of any weather delays. Work began on time as agreed upon. Cleanup was timely and thorough.

I was choosing between Findlay and a few other roofers in the area. Findaly won out because of their initial professionalism and customer support. On the day of the job, the crew was here promptly at the start of the day. They arrived in a single unmarked white van (no company markings or anything). There were also no people on the crew that spoke English enough to ask questions. I was told that there would be someone onsite to make sure everything was taken care of, which was misleading. The crew worked through the day and got the roof completed just before sundown. They packed up and left without much communication aside from "we're done". The roof job appears to have been done well as far as I can tell, given that I haven't gone up there to check for myself. The next day I went out and checked around the house. I found a few stray pieces of roofing in the yard, which wasn't a big deal. I did, however, find several nails throughout the yard, on the driveway, and in the gutters. I also found that most of the clips holding my exterior lights to the gutters had been broken off and the lights left hanging. Finally, one of the bulbs from my floodlights was smashed and shards were on the ground. Over the next week, I got 3 automated survey requests from Findlay, but no actual communication from anyone there. I finally filled one out and still haven't heard back in the weeks since. So I've decided to go ahead and post this, having given them adequate time to at least reach out, if not resolve the issues. I appreciated the initial guise of professionalism and customer focus. However, the way that the job was done and the lack of contact or follow up from the company has made me regret the decision to go with them. I likely will not recommend them in the future.

The Findlay rep came promptly for the inspection of the damage. He used a drone and could show me pictures of the damage. The repairman came also on time and the repair blends into the rest of the roof.

Findlay did a great job, quick and thorough. Workmen checked for other problems while they were repairing the loose shingle areas. I would definitely use them again.

Findlay Roofing was great! There was a delay with a return call due to all the storm damage in the area but, once they got the ball rolling everything was smooth sailing. Findlay Roofing did a great job for a fair price. The appraiser, Marcos Ruiz was prompt, professional, and courteous. The guys that did the work did a great job and left the driveway and work area neat and clean.

I have had two other so-called roofing repair people who only made the roof leaks worse! HOWEVER, FINDLAY ROOFING FIXED EVERYTHING!! The consultation, appointment, and repair were handled professionally and in a timely manner. The gentlemen who completed the repairs were excellent and hardworking and completed everything in one long visit—never taking a break and working very hard until finished. Why did I wait so long? I will continue to use this fine company and recommend others do so.

Excellent! The first Findlay Roofing guy identified where the leak was. The repair guy then came on time and did the work as per the scope of work. He walked the roof with me to make sure there were no other issues to address. It rained hard after the repair was completed and the roof no longer leaks. I would hire Findlay Roofing again in a heartbeat!

We scheduled an inspection on our roof but it was raining so their rep (Marcos) said he would come back the next day (if it was light enough after he went to his OTHER scheduled appointments). He did not call the next day so I called him the following day. He said he would get there the following day. NO SHOW again. I texted him and he replied that he would be there the next day. NO SHOW AGAIN. We gave up at that point and hired another company. The other companies showed when they said they would and did their inspections.

I was very happy with my entire experience with Findlay. The person that came to give me the quote was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. On the day of the repair, everything went very smoothly. We have since that time had a heavy rain with no problems. I would definitely hire again.

Our roof work was completed thoroughly and when the technician left, he cleaned up and was super polite.

My project actually started when I sent an email to receive a estimate on my roof. From that point on, the staff of Finlay roofing was with me for the entire process from beginning to end. The Project Manager (Juan Carlos) for my roof was excellent. Upon arriving at the house, he introduced himself and told me if I had any questions or concerns to see him and he would be at the site from beginning to end. What I wasn't expecting was the pictures the work crew took of the roof. I was emailed pictures of the old roof before work started, pictures of the old roof removed, pictures of the new roof being installed and the finished project. This was a pleasant surprise. Also, after the work was complete, the entire area was cleaned spotless! I would definitely use Finlay Roofing again beyond a shadow of doubt.

All went very well. Unlike some of the less honest roofers these days (when it comes to "finding" hail damage), their man did find some but gave an overall appraisal that we needed NO reroofing! HOW refreshing in this time of what we suspect are many questionable inspections and the accompanying drain on insurance monies. Findley has and will continue to be our roof company of choice!

Our roof was replaced by Findlay 19 years ago and had a great experience with Steve Findlay. Recently, we had a leak, and I called Findlay right away. We promptly received a price for a full roof replacement, but we had also requested a quote for only a repair. It took 2 follow-up phone calls to get an estimate for the roof repair which we decided to do. Rowell arrived on time. He.was courteous and hard-working. He completed the roof repair in 2.5 hours.

Wonderful . The crew showed up on time and completed our roof in one day. We have a high, steep and large roof. The price was exactly what they said it would be . We could not be happier. I have already recommended them to 2 of our friends.
