Description of Work: Had previous work done by Findlay and was very pleased. However, needed follow up and have been given the run around for nearly a month. My husband called twice, told twice that someone would call to schedule. Over 2 weeks went by, so I called and scheduled for an appointment for 11:00 today. At 11:45 I called to ask where they were, told they would call right back. At 1:00, no response so I called back and fired them. Very disappointed with Findlay.

Description of Work: The estimate provided by Co was to replace and repair siding on 5 dormers, cap & replace wood on rotten columns. Remove vent & build ridge vent. Repair /reseal bathroom vent To prevent more leaks. After one week & finishing 3 dormers the crew leaves job. I call & was told they were finished. I spent a week trying to get someone to acknowledge The estimate as the co. Had fired my original foreman. After they finally finished job I asked for estimate to repair ceiling inside As well as siding on the sides of the house. I have yet to receive these estimates and it is dec. I placed a call to Steve Finlay The owner to let him know how his business is being run but he obviously doesn't care because he never Returned my call. I am VERY dissappointed in the way they handled my job- not to mention they wanted Immediate payment the day it was done! Imagine that.

Description of Work: They repaired a small hole in my roof and removed a low hanging branch from the tee that caused the hole. They showed up on time, were very efficient and got the job done. I honestly think I could have gotten a little better deal if the project was not rather imminent but overall, they were the company on hand at the time that I had a hole in my roof. Other contractors sent people to give estimates, and without even climbing up to my roof, all their estimates were $100 more than what I paid Findlay.

Description of Work: I had used Findley for years, only to find out that they were just puttng silicone in the area that was leaking and never repairing the problem. Eventually, I had to replace an expensive casement window, exterior siding and roofing due to their neglect and unproffessional workmanship.
