They did really well. It is really hard to clean the rugs on top of my hardwood floors. They have a unique service on how they clean the rugs. It did take a very long time though. I felt like they were good at getting the customer, mailing things, calling, etc. But after they perform the service and sign you up for discounts, they do not follow up any longer.

They picked up the rugs at the time indicated and returned them fully cleaned for the estimate provided.

They do a great job and I have used them several times. Their technician Nester has done work several times for me and he is excellent. I like their services and will use the same in future.

I have been using them for years because I like their service and the way the carpets are done. They do fiber cleaning and air duct cleaning. The nice thing is that they send the same person out almost every time. So, he knows my house. He takes his time to vacuum well and checks the dirt deposit in the carpeting all over to see where the heaviest dirt is. He is a very pleasant person. They call and remind me. They call about twice a year just to see if I have a need. I put new carpeting last year and I have used them once since then. They are always on time. They are never very late and maybe 10 minutes late, but they always call me. I hate waiting for service people. The price for their service depends, but it is usually around $200 because I sometimes have only one level done. I can’t think of anything that they can improve upon. I know that they are a little bit more expensive than some of the other companies, but I think they do a much better job than the other advertised specials that they have around town. I wish their price was a little cheaper. I would use their services in the future too.

They came and tried to clean the couches. The stains did not come out, but they were very nice people to work with.

This is the second time I have used this company. They sent the same rep, Nestor Vines. Just as before Mr. Vines was very professional, took pride in his work, and did an excellent job. My son's bedroom had several pet stains (and smells). The cleaning took care of all the problems.

We called them to treat a stain on a brand new couch, as well as clean some very well-used furniture. On the day of the cleaning, we had a scheduling conflict pop up. Nestor was very accommodating and came two hours earlier than our appointed time. He was very honest in saying there was nothing he could do for the stain on the new couch, but he did an excellent job with our old couch and armchairs, which have withstood a messy toddler (not to mention messy parents). He offered us a 30% discount as new customers, and it ended up being so cheap, we had him do the rug too. Everything looks great. We would use them again.

My wife contracted Fiber Clean. I was very skeptical as I have had bad experience with carpet cleaners. In fact, the Fiber Clean rep, Nestor Vives, asked me who had cleaned the carpets before. When I told him they were horrible, he guessed the name of the company immediately (see name in my other reviews) and mentioned that their reputation follows them. Nestor was very professional and did a great overall job. He made an evaluation then gave us an estimate before the work. He explained all of the types of stains and how he would treat them; He is very knowledgeable and very careful about how he goes about his work. He worked very diligently and I was amazed at the results. He cleaned up behind himself and left the rooms looking great! Nestor mentioned that not all of the stains would come out. He was right - some didn't but they are barely noticeable. We will definitely use Fiber Clean again and request Nestor. This guy knows what he is doing and does a wonderful job!

Nestor called me to perform the job I had scheduled even before the appointed day because he had had a cancellation. He got there on time and cleaned two sofas, two love seats and half of the family room carpet. I was not there when he did most of his work, but my mother was, and she said she had never seen someone work so carefully and so well. He vacuumed everything first, then pre-treated any stains, then did the actual cleaning. Everything looks fantastic and I am very pleased with his work. I will call him again and recommend him to my friends.

Overall, it went well. They did a great job on the couches and area rugs. The master carpet was a little beyond hope, as we had a sick dog the week before. There was only one guy and I thought I read in their ad they would move furniture, no chance. I used the 30% off for first time customers.

Nestor worked several hours on our furniture and rugs, all of which are several years old. He didn't leave until he had done as good a job as possible. I highly recommend him for his desire to do a great job. Thanks!

WOW! We have NEVER had anyone do work in our home to the degree of excellence that Nestor did cleaning the carpets and furniture. He did a thorough evaluation of the type of dirt, then explained it all and the cost prior to beginning. He was a hard and steady worker who was very considerate of all the family members (and pets). Afterward he pointed out the places that would not completely come out (these were few). I am amazed at how wonderfully clean my home looks and smells. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
