These guys know all about customer service. They are smart and very focused on solving problems and not selling you anything you dont need. They were extremely helpful and I will continue to use them.

They were incredibly helpful. They went through a very methodical process to figure out why my computer wouldn't power on, and eventually determined that the motherboard was dead. They advised me that while they could replace the motherboard, they didn't advise that because the hard drive was old and it would probably be the next thing to go. So rather than spending money repairing one thing only to have something else fail, they built a new computer for me at a very reasonable price, and even installed my old hard drive in it so that I could easily access it to transfer the data onto the new hard drive. The whole experience was quick and professional. They offered lots of good information and helpful advice along the way as well.

I bought a used laptop that was originally was about $2000 and one year old. The hard drive had burned out. Everything Computer replaced hard drive and gave me a 3 year warranty(longer than original mfg. warranty) for $400. He did not charge me for downloading the software again because I bought a new laptop computer from Costco and the keyboard was bad...........he already had installed the software on this item. The customer service is excellent. Ron the owner has great patience which encourages you to ask questions about new devices and how they work. This is the second computer I have bought from them. Their prices are beyond fair and they get work done by the time quoted. They are friendly and helpful.
