I recently had the pleasure of working with Jerry Erickson from Erickson Construction on our basement renovation project, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, Jerry was fantastic to work with- communication was clear and quick and ultimately our unfinished basement was transformed into an awesome space that includes a bathroom, workout room, bar, and living area. Jerry and his team were so great to work with. They consistently kept us informed, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. The craftsmanship provided by Jerry's subcontractors was truly exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with such skilled professionals who clearly take pride in their work. Despite the several changes and additions we made along the way, Jerry and his team finished the project on schedule. Without a doubt, I will return to Erickson Construction for any future projects. Jerry and his crew were fantastic to work with from start to finish of our master bath addition project. We went into the project with a rough vision for how we wanted the addition to look, and Jerry and Cesar were able to craft that vision into a spectacular finished product. Couldn’t be happier with the final result. We even asked them to help with a minor kitchen remodel and a back patio installation. Truly a do-it-all group. Also the pricing was very transparent and the project stayed on budget from his initial quote. Thanks again, will definitely be reaching out to them for future projects.

My newly purchased townhome desperately needed updates. To make matters worse, I was on a tight timeline. I was truly happy with the results, racking up two bathroom renovations, exterior painting, and two floor space updates. I was very involved in the process and pleased that Jerry and his team listened to my ideas and also shared their thoughts and ideas. Best of all, I had planned to stay in a hotel for the last half of the reno but this team stayed on time and then went into overdrive so that it wasn't necessary, saving me what would a pricey stay.

Good workers. Jerry listened and tried his best to get what I wanted (a lot was not to be, my fault, not his). Everyone's schedules, ours and inspectors, plus material delivery made the work go longer than could have been, but it couldn't be helped. Our additions look great! Already had another customer to come in and look at what was done, and they had it added to their work job.

Jerry was great to work with. Great ideas. Explained approach, the process, quote, pricing thoroughly. Great communication. Work was completed fast and high quality. I used Jerry on two home projects and both turned out nicely. Would highly recommend.

We could not be more pleased with Erickson Contruction Services. They did a master bath remodel for us. We have used other contractors for remodel work on our home, but ECS is the best. We will use them again for a few projects we plan to do. Professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. A+

Hired him to take over a renovation to sell my clients home. He was very responsive, upfront, informative and every turned out great. We ended up selling the home for $65,000 over our asking price. Would hired again.

Jerry is so wonderful to work with. As a real estate agent, I worked with him on a fairly large project, and there were several obstacles. Jerry was so patient with the homeowner and sensitive to the situation. (The home had a lot of problems uncovered during the project). They finished on time and Jerry remained available to me for advice after the project was finished. I refer him frequently and often hear from my colleagues that they are also so impressed with him!

Working with Jerry was a great experience! He was very knowledgeable about the materials needed and had lots of finish options to choose from.
