We needed to get carpet installed in our basement, but we were shocked by the pricing from Home Depot and Lowes for such a small area. On a whim, we located Enhance Floors and drove by there to have a quick look at what they had available, not expecting to actually find much. To my surprise, the people in the showroom were very helpful and helped me narrow down a great option that was within my budget. Once onsite, the estimator was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We are now considering replacing the carpet throughout the rest of the house now that I feel like we have found a great vendor.

Brand new carpet installed throughout home (2k sq feet). Great local company to work with. Was willing to negotiate on price against competitive offers. Excellent carpet installers. Overall very happy with the whole process. The are truly flooring experts and felt like I was in very good hands.

We obtained five flooring quotes prior to deciding on using Enhance Floors. Their quote was in the middle range, but the customer service that they provided as well as the expertise exhibited by their estimator convinced us that they were the company to use. We did have a glitch in that the floors we originally selected became unavailable. However the sales representative worked with us extensively to find a satisfactory replacement. The installation teams were punctual, efficient, and professional. And the floors look and feel terrific. At the end of the process, the owner stopped by to inspect the work, The experience with this company was exemplary, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring (or other home remodeling). The quality of their work and their service ensure satisfied customers.

It went very well! When visiting the showroom, we were treated very good and they had a good selection to chose from. Don arrived on time to do the estimate and was very knowledgable. The installers were on time and done a great job! They were very concerned with the details of the job. I'll call them again and recommend them to others needing flooring.

We have used this company before, that is why I called them for an estimate for our new project. Making that appointment for a time that worked for us was no problem. The store called to confirm the day before and Don Stubbs arrived as arranged. He was very thourough, measured the area to determine the best way to lay the carpet as it was an unusual "L" shaped area with a wall jutting partially into the area as well as two stairwells. We had looked at samples and made a choice at the store, and he brought that with him for us to see in our area just to make sure we still wanted it. Install day was set for a day of our choosing. A call to confirm the day before, and a call they were on their way that morning. One guy came to begin the tear out, and two more to finish up and begin the install. They worked efficiently, cleaned up and were on their way by early afternoon. We are very pleased with our choice of carpet AND installer. Will definitly use them when we have more flooring needs. They even gave us a discount for being a repeat customer. :)

This is the second time I have used Enhance Floors and I could not be happier. The installation process was in the time frame quoted and went off without a hitch. The installers got right down to work and delt gracefully with several changes I made to the baseboards being installed. Extra charges were explained thoroughly to me and work was never performed without my permission. I would use Enhance again, and plan to in the future.

Showroom had a good, but not overwhelming, selection; this worked well for us. Staff was quite helpful. House is 30 years old. Vinyl has been replaced twice by big-box stores who did nothing but put down vinyl and leave. Plywood sub-floor had lots of squeaks and popping nails; installer pulled nails and added screws as necessary and then added a second, composite sub-floor -- squeaks GONE. Everything -- refirig-freezer, washer, dryer, china cab, tables and chairs -- moved out of space. New vinyl was added with only one (invisible) seam and completely cemented down. New toe moulding was stained and replaced. Salesman told us this would be a 2 day job. At 6:30 I asked the foreman how much longer they would be and was told half an hour (although the place was a mess). Same story at 8:00pm. At 9:30, I was ready to kick them out when the foreman told me he was only allowed one day for the job and, besides, they would be done in a half hour (place still looked a mess). At 10:00pm they were finished with appliances hooked up and working, everything back in place and the rooms cleaned. It wasn't until the next morning, when I wasn't nearly so cranky, that I could see they had done an EXCELLENT job. And the floor looks great.

Enhance Floors & More did a really good job. They're very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We had our living room carpet replaced by one of the Big Box stores not that long ago. It was not worn out but we were having issues with it and needed to replace it again. When the owner came out to measure for the new carpet he explained to us why was it doing that and what we should choose differently so moving forward we wouldn't have any more problems. He helped us choose the right carpet for what we needed. I appreciated him sharing that knowledge with us. The installers were very professional, polite and nice. In addition to the living room they replaced all of the carpet upstairs. It took 2 days to complete the work. They moved all of the furniture and were careful to put it back in the correct place, even asking before they left if everything was where it should be.

They were prompt, and timely, they had good suggestions. They were very knowledgable. Even though we haven't gone with them yet, when we get to the point of having the floors installed, we would use them.

Every part of the experience was first class.With just a brief conversation the salesperson locked in on our vision. There was no up-sell, just an earnest desire to provide what we wanted. Every effort was made to accommodate our installation schedule. The installations crew was polite, prompt and went the extra mile in cleanliness. They were more than craftsmen; they were artisans, taking pride in their work and obviously proud of the finished product. We used Enhanced Floors for every square foot of covered floor space in our home, and are totally satisfied with the project. We give them our highest recommendation.

Came on time and completed whole job in one day as promised. I did not think it was possible. But we are very happy with the work and carpet. Have done business with Enhance before and will again.

It went really great. No problems, professional and very tidy. When the jobs were finished, they vacuumed the carpet and swept the hardwood. Looked really great. A week later the owner called to check on the jobs to see how we were liking our new floors. We both thought that was a nice touch.

Mr. Stubbs arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in his assessment of the work that had been done--and the work required to repair the stairs so that they would meet the building code and be safe and stable. The estimate from Enhance Floors was one of three that we solicited, and the price quoted was the midpoint of the three. The office followed up with us the following weeek, but we have not yet contracted with anyone to perform the work since we are awaiting payments from the original contractor. Everyone with whom we dealt at Enhance Floors--from the person who took our initial phone call and then followed up later, to Mr. Stubbs--was professional, helpful, and patient in their dealings with us. We are very likely to contract with them to do work we are planning for our home in the coming year.

Excellent quality and customer service. You can count on their installers to be top-rate. They were honest and stuck to their word. I was very impressed with their punctuality since it was around Christmas time (holiday season).

Enhanced Floors & More did a very good job replacing my warped, faded and chipped engineered wood glued to my slab. They installed laminate in my dining room, living room and den. Porcelain tile was laid in my foyer, kitchen, breakfast room and mudroom. The Home Depot estimate was $4K more than Enhanced. Fifty Floors was about the same price but only for laminate, since they don't offer much at all in the tile arena. I was impressed that Don Stubbs took moisture measurements near my front door where the wood was dark and rotting, since that wasn't even a concern to the others. He also mentioned that because my wooden floor had been glued, it might be necessary to rent a machine ($300) to cut the planks into pieces for removal. The first day, the team tried to remove the planks but by mid-day they weren't getting far so rented the machine to cut the wood. They moved the furniture and appliances and left me a way to get in and out during the 3 days they installed. Unless you rent a PODS, expect your furniture and walls to be dusty. I noticed a small curling and dent where 2 planks come together (about 1 inch square area) and called Enhanced to see if it was the start of any problem. Don came and described what they would need to do: rip out flooring up to the point of the defect and reinstall. He assured me it wasn't a start of a problem that would grow, so I opted to do nothing. But, Don noted on my record the defect. So far the problem hasn't grown and it's been 6 weeks since the installation. One thing you should plan for is to tip the installers. Update 6 months after installation: The trim around the base of my fireplace for the laminate flooring popped off while I was vaccuuming. Enhanced came and fixed it. So far, it's sticking.

The owner was great. Everyone was neat and clean with the installation.

Estimate only, ultimately chose another provider based on different material and slightly better pricing. Positive experience through estimation phase.

The basement was flooded and so they replaced the old carpets, with new ones. They came the following day of the flood, so I was very happy. All the people dealing with flood related issues were very busy, so they came and took care of it quickly. I recommend them to others. They did a good job and the price was fair. I will continue to use them in future.

Every step of the project went well. I had several meetings with the owner to go over what I wanted and how it would be done. The crew was professional, showing up on time each morning, working hard and cleaning up at the end of the day. Don worked with me on deciding the pattern that i ended up using and I'm very pleased with the choice. The work was high quality which was especially noticeable in the details where the large tiles were used in the small spaces, such as the closets and pantry. And the service did not end after the work was complete. Several weeks later i noticed some residual grout on some tiles and Don sent the crew back out with a special cleaner that took care of the issue. I would definitely use Enhance Floors again.

Enhanced Flooring did a good job working with us on selecting the flooring and scheduling the installation. They were flexible in their scheduling and did a quality job.

They were fabulous. The man that gave me the quote, Jim, was very professional and knew just what needed to be done. There were two workers and they moved the furniture to another part of the house and then back again. They came back many times during the process to sand the floor and put down additional coats. They did an outstanding job. I had no problems with the dust level because they had a bag that vacuumed in the dust.
