After I checked several eco friendly carpet cleaning services on Angie's List I contacted them to compare prices and availability. It came down to Eco Carpet Solutions and another company, however Mike w/ Eco Carpet Solutions was available a lot sooner and seemed to be a small business owner in my area compared to a bigger chain company. Mike was on time and brought all the equipment he needed. We went through the rooms, pointing out the spots that need further attention and then I let him do his work. He probably needed between two and three hours for the areas, cleaned some spots several times. When he was done we went over what he did, and which areas I should keep an eye on and also when I can expect the carpet to be dry again. He offered to come back again for no charge if I was not happy with some areas of the carpet to re-do them, however this was not necessary.

Provider did an excellent job on the nasty carpets in my rental home. He did them twice because he felt like they still weren't clean after the first run. He was professional and took great care not to leave a mess. He also cleaned the baseboards and vaccuumed the porch for free just to help me out. My house smells wonderful now.

Several friends recommended Eco Carpet Solutions when I asked around for referrals (this was in my pre-Angie's list days). His name had been passed around through my network of friends and they all said the same thing - Call Mike. So I contacted Mike for a quote and scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time and did a fabulous job! He moved furniture items on sliders to access hard to reach areas. My carpets were pretty tired looking. I had been in German Shepherd Rescue for a number of years and it showed. I was hoping that he could breathe a little life back into my carpet. Boy was I surprised! He did an amazing job. Stains that we thought would never come up... dissapeared! (Trust me - I tried everything. I have a Bissell and every chemical under the sun and couldn't get the carpets totally free of stains or this clean looking and soft.) The stairwells look like we put in new carpet. He left me with a spray bottle of cleaningn solution should any of my furkids have an 'accident' (which works wonderfully!). I highly recommend him and will call upon him again!
