Description of Work: Juan reviewed our existing dryer hook-up and exhaust system and made recommendations for making the exhaust process work more cleanly and efficiently to lessen the build-up of lint and the potential for moisture build-up at the exit point (our roof). He both cleaned out and shortened the exhaust pipe. He was very professional, explained everything to me patiently, and did not try to "upsell" me on anything. I will definitely use this company again in 2-3 years as recommended by Juan.

Description of Work: They determined the cause of dryer vent blockage and corrected. I have had them clean the vent before and was extremely pleased with results.

Description of Work: I would have to dig out receipt. Replace entire dryer vent From upstairs thru the basement ceiling (which was finished with ceiling tiles )and then to outside of house. Lots of turns made it more labor intensive. So far so good.

He had to come back to finish the job but set it up to where I could use my dryer safely. We did go back and fourth a bit with getting him back out, but he showed on time and did excellent work.

Description of Work: Excellent!!!!!!!! So glad I called when I did...actually should have been done long ago. Juan told me that 'foil' pipe was a fire hazard in and of itself. It had torn and was venting right onto the floor...for who knows how long?!!! He blew the entire vent line out and replaced the 'foil' vent tube cover. Anyway, he did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything. Will definitely use this company again and will highly recommend to anyone. Great job!!! Can you tell how pleased I am??????????

Description of Work: our dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry clothes. we had this company come out to unclog vents. Fixed the problem, power bill dropped too!
