They show up on time and they are really good about being there when they need to be there. They call ahead of time. They will also come by in between monthly treatments.
Description of Work: We have a contract for to do pest control and lawn fertilization and treatment. We spend about $30.00 a month for the yard treatments and $85.00 per quarter for the pest control treatments.

The aeration scheduling was difficult and rescheduled multiple times. The technician did not show during the scheduled time (9 - 12pm) nor did he call. I tracked him down to learn that he must arrive at another time. Payment was due at the time of service so I needed to be home to give a check. The technician arrived late tired and defensive. It was a difficult conversation and experience all around. The lawn was aerated and reseeded.
Description of Work: I am a monthly client for at least 18 months. I have had trouble reaching a live person on the phone and scheduling aeration services .

If I have interior problems I call them and they take care of that, too. I like their professionalism and responsiveness. I use them for pest control because I use them for termites, and I definitely like them for the termite side. I will continue to use them.

We have been using their services for about three years. We really do not have to have much contact with them because they just come out and do the inspections. They are set up on a quarterly schedule to come out and they send us the status reports on the statements. We have not had any problems so far.

The guys who come out have always been really thorough and professional. They go out of their way to get hard areas to reach, which is important in my case. Their pricing is really good as well. I would recommend them for service to others.
Description of Work: Dixie sprayed the outside and inside of my home. My home is approximately 1800 square feet. They sprayed for roaches and spiders. They have a flat rate of $75 per visit and the job takes them about a half hour or so.

Dixie Exterminators has been providing us service for more than 10 years now. Rebecca is the lady who always comes over and she is fantastic! We will only use her service because it s the best in town.
Description of Work: Dixie comes out quarterly and sprays outside for ants, etc. Our yard is 2/3 acres, 5,500 square foot.
