Rebecca arrived promptly and told that I drain flys, not fruit flys. She told me how to get rid of them myself. I was very impressed that she was so honest. I would call Dixie again and ask for Rebecca.

Everyone, including the receptionist was knowledgeable.

Reliable, up front and honest. The technician forgot to bring a brush to apply dust to external windows to the initial appointment. He kept his promise and returned at a later day to do the exterior window application.

Russ was excellent in taking care of my parent's hornet nest. The initialcall to the company felt like the company didn't need the business. They had more interest in a contract than a one time service. The price was $175 over the phone with me including a picture of the hornets nest and detail on of the height. It took 25-35 minutes and at the completion my father was charged $225, not $175 that we were quoted and not ask approval before the service to charge more. Russ was very nice and did the job. Overall very pleased.
