The final cost was $12,400, which was fair for the amount of work involved. My second floor now looks luxurious and elegant, and the unique pattern makes the space feel even bigger. Installation was quick and smooth, taking just a single day. One issue was that the padding we originally chose was out of stock, but they upgraded us to a better one for free, which was a nice gesture. The house now feels so much warmer and cozier, and I’m very happy with the $4,200 investment.

Omar in Sales is immensely courteous, gracious, professional, patient, and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He made sure he understood my taste and is extremely knowledgeable about the selection in the market, even special-ordering samples for me at no cost because he felt they would be better suited for my needs ... or to prove that one that I was leaning toward wasn't actually a fit for me lol. He also kept me from spending unnecessarily, advising with my lifestyle in mind over sheer profit. The personal touch, respectful follow-up, and just genuine caring has been unmatched. Moreover, the prices are INCREDIBLY competitive. The installation team is fast and mindful (Jafri also went the extra mile, including locating a watch box I'd misplaced as we were moving stuff!), and their selection is among the widest I'd seen. They don't waste time and money on an extra-fancy showroom, but rather, have an efficient one, and it's clear they pass significant cost savings on to the customer. Additionally, they are the ONLY carpet store I went to that offered the extra, extra-thick memory foam padding, and I went to several! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this business.

Amazing experience with Dalton Flooring Gallery. Emad and Omar helped us through the whole process of getting new engineered hardwood floors in our house: From coming out to our house with tons of flooring samples, to being extremely flexible with our super tight timelines, to taking care of any issues that came up immediately. They are trustworthy, genuine and kind people and that's why we went with them after getting 3 other quotes. They also work with you on a fair price: Emad matched another estimate without hesitation. The flooring crew that installed the floors were also 10/10: we had just had the entire house painted before the flooring install, and they were SO careful but also touched up any paint that was damaged. They had the place super clean after leaving. SO happy with our new floors and would use this company again, every single time!

The day I walked into the showroom, I only had the intent to visit 3 showrooms to shop carpet prices. Emond (owner) showed me the color of carpet, and carpet company that I was searching for to install in my home. At that point, I was still comparing prices. Fast-forward, Emond scheduled an appointment to measure my space. During our discussion, he asked what it would take to win my business (paraphrased). I told him. He emailed me later with the price I needed. His service showed that he pursues the customer and not the money. The money will always come when you win the customer. Next, Omar was the constant point of contact. Very professional and maintains an even-keel tone. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he communicated as such, researched and returned with the answer. Lastly, Johnny is a wonderful carpet installer, who is very proud of his carpentry work. He states that he is very good and offers to show you his work. He worked quickly, and cleaned -up afterward. There was one issue of damage as he was returning furniture to its place, however Omar stepped in and resolved the issue without hesitation or resistance. Carpet, flooring is expensive. Hiring the right company and team makes the expense digestible. I do not regret my visit to Dalton Flooring Gallery for my Stanton Carpet purchase and install.
