I communicated dates that I wanted service via Angie's List message center. The dates had passed when the company called me back. They said they were busy because of the holidays. I told her I would call back after the holidays. After the holidays, the weather was bad and we were unable to schedule. I finally scheduled for a date March 12th. On the date scheduled, I received a call saying they were unable to come out because of bad weather. I said I would call the company to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I was told by the owner, Bobbie, that I never had an appointment. I gave her 2 days that I was available during the following week. She said she would call me back to confirm the date. That was my last contact with anyone. She never called back and I have been unable to reach anyone since that time. I have called several times and left messages and sent an email. No one has responded.
