CW Painting

We originally were given Chad's name from our interior designer. We had Chad and another company come out to give us a quote about having our house painted on the exterior. Chad gave us a competitive quote and did a nice job selling us on some additional things that needed to be painted (ex. chimney cap, railings on walkway leading up the stairs to the front of the house, garage interior, etc.). He also was able to fix some minor issues on our deck, pressure wash it, and restain it. We are happy that we went with Chad. His crew was very professional and punctual. They worked in a time efficient manner. Some minor painting mishaps did occur. Some of the windows were painted shut. Chad's crew did come back out to remedy that. After that, we discovered that the weepholes had been painted shut on many of the windows. And after having a professional window cleaning company come out to the clean the windows afterwards, we discovered that three of the hardest to reach windows had over-spray on them which is hard to clean off. The window cleaning company is coming back out to clean them again now that we know what is causing them to look dirty. The painting crew should have been more careful when covering the windows with the plastic. With that being said, Chad was very flexible when trying to get the job done. We had to work around some very iffy weather and I felt confident that our job was a priority for Chad. In addition, the painting of the inside of an exterior door had not be included in the original quote. He did not charge us extra and still had his crew paint it. I was very appreciative! I would recommend Chad and his crew to friends and family. Yes, I would use him again in the future.
