Matt was really backed up. Took quite some time to start the job. Once on the job his crew finished quickly.

The guys who installed the door did a good job. After painting the weather striping along the bottom is not flush - you can see daylight at the bottom. It took several weeks to get the installation done. The entire process took about 10 weeks. Frankly I think they forgot it needed to be scheduled. I also wish they had explained in advance that I would have to be home from work twice: once for the door installation and again for the painting of the door. The door seems okay - much lighter weight than the original door. It looks good.

CRSI did a great job. They were hardworking, polite, and trustworthy. The work result was great. We just hired them again to do some interior work. Matt and his team were great to work with.

Awesome! They were so quick to come out and get this taken care of. I was expecting over a weeks worth of working time and it was done in under 4 days. I'm pretty sure it only took that long because it rained.

I had a water leak that effected two rooms. After I took care of the plumbing issue, they came out within a day or two. The result is excellent - can't even tell where the earlier damage was now. Professional and fair pricing.

We chose to start our project just as "monsoon" season started in May. It was a bit challenging for us because of working around the weather, but the guys did an amazing job getting things done in spite of the continuous downpours. There were a few minor hiccups along the way but George and Matt were always available to answer any questions or concerns. We were impressed by the quality of the work, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Our experience was very good. We would definitely would use them again.

We had early 90’s LP siding on our house and decided it was finally time to replace it. Even a fresh coat of paint was not going to be enough to cover the degradation of the boards. We also had several window sills that were rotting and needed to be fixed, and of course everything needed to be painted. We got quotes from several siding companies and took awhile to decide, but ultimately CRSI was both the best price and the most “comfortable” choice for us. Owner Matt McCurdy made us feel at-ease from the very start, which can be difficult when you’re talking about a costly project like siding. He gave us a very fair quote within 24 hours of coming out to the house, which we then sat on for nearly two months as we weren’t really in a hurry to get started. Matt followed up with us a couple times and we eventually decided to get the project underway with CRSI. I do not like being pressured by salespeople and was extremely grateful for Matt’s no pressure, easy-going attitude towards our project. He told us it would take about a week to a week and a half for the whole project to be completed, and he was right on the money. We were flabbergasted at how fast the siding went up, as well as how fast the main exterior paint was done. His crews were very efficient. We had a few issues with nail pops on our inside walls, and siding nails coming through our shower nooks where the inside of the nook is very close to the exterior walls, but as soon as we pointed them out to Matt he scheduled them to be fixed ASAP. These issues were corrected still within the original time scope of the project, which was impressive. We’ve had several other home projects done where it felt like we had to nag the contractors endlessly to follow up on the last little remaining issues and it seemed like they had moved on to the next project and we were inconveniencing them. We didn’t feel that even once with CRSI. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work done, the amount of time it took, and the professionalism and attitudes of Matt and his crew. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have siding, painting, or windows done.

It went great. Showed up on time, finished quickly in less than one day. No problems with installation. Cleaned up everything. Very minimal disruption. Most of the work was done from the outside but they took care when they had to go inside. Joe was easy to work with.

Very well. They were patient with all the questions I had and the result is beautiful.

Matt and his crew were exceptional. Matt was on-site and/or available whenever we needed him. His crew simply blew me away. They are all seasoned and it truly showed how they worked together. Once I had my Hoa approval, CRSI handled everything from start to finish, including materials and dumpster delivery, complete pressure wash, siding tear-down, applying a vapor barrier and all new flashing, several facia and soffit boards replaced, scrape, caulk, putty, sand and prime all surfaces, of course paint, final cleanup and walk around approval. One of his guys even applied bondo to an area near the bottom of my breakfast bay window saving me an enormous replacement cost. Also, I had several areas where I desired my gutters re-routed, my front porch addition as well as my back sunroof roof. Matt handled coordinating all of that work including the billing (all one invoice from CRSI), with a separate gutter company. They as well did excellent work.

Matt’s crew arrived when scheduled and did an EXCELLENT job. They were courteous, professional and efficient. They did everything even better than we had hoped. Highly recommended.!!!

We had issues with the former painter putting latex paint on top of oil based, which resulted in peeling and bubbling of the new paint. CRSI sanded, primed and repainted a second time trying to make the paint stick. It was better, but bubbling and peeling returned. Since there is apparently old paint and moisture trapped in the wood, they are coming back in the fall to strip the floor completely down to bare wood and use stain, instead of paint. They were very patient and cheerful through a really tough project.

Everything went smoothly. Matt McCurdy's crew led by Javier came out and assessed what needed to be fixed and came back out within a day to complete the job as we needed it done before it rained again. They were very professional and punctual. This is the 3rd time we have used them and would highly recommend them. They always do quality work!

Just had my old single pane windows replaced and want to recommend CRSI if you are looking to do the same. I first used Joe Tichenor for window replacement about 14 years ago at a previous home and have since referred him several times. I encourage you to get other quotes and compare them to CRSI...this alone will sell you. Joe is NOT high pressure and you will find his pricing VERY reasonable, if not one of the lower bids. He has had most of the same crew all of these years. The crew is professional and courteous and do amazing work...and fast!! 26 windows replaced in 6 hours. Highly Recommend!

Job was performed in a quality manner. Work done quickly and correctly. The team cleaned up everything after job was done. I have used CRSI before and I am very satisfied with their work.

Three words to best summarize CRSI: Honest, Reliable, & Quality. I think those are the three most important words when finding a contractor to do house work. We've hired CRSI twice over the past 2 years and are hiring them again, this time to paint the entire house exterior. We've had a battery of other contractors do work over the years, only to deal with arrogance, sloppy work, changing prices, and pure dishonesty. Matt is the opposite of all this. Very nice guy, keeps GREAT communication with you, fair prices, thorough crew, and does not disappoint!

It took several weeks before they could get to the job, which they stated in advance, but once started, they did a good job & moved quickly as planned.

They did a great job on all of the work. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

The project lasted for about a week and they have done a beautiful job. George did most of the coordination around project schedule and the scope of work. Gonzalo and the other 2 crew members performing the work while Matt came a couple times to check the progress before the final walk-thru. The price is not the cheapest but the quality of work makes it count.

Do not hesitate to hire CRSI for all of your exterior home improvements! They replaced all of our windows, and redid the entire exterior (replace siding with Hardie Plank, replaced all rotting trim/fascia, painted exterior, and new gutters/downspouts). It was great to have one company to work with on the full project. Joe (windows) is friendly, knowledgeable, and got our windows ordered quickly. His install crew were thorough and professional. Matt (exterior work) is as well friendly and knowledgeable. He was on the site many times to inspect his crews' work, and update me on the progress. All of his crews from siding, painting, and gutters were great! Quality all the way around. You can trust CRSI to deliver impeccable quality and efficiency with your home improvement needs.
