They replaced a double window above my garage and painted the exterior of my home. It took 2 1/2 days to get the job done because they treated my home as if it was their home. Their crew was on time, very polite and they covered surfaces, shrubs, etc so paint was not spilled where it did not need to be. There is some decorative detail in front of my house and you can take a pair of binoculars, look at the painting in the second story of my house and notice that lines are straight etc. The owner provided me with a drawing, detailed specifications and a sample of how my double window was going to look like, so that I could submit it to my HOA. (This is the primary reason why I chose this company for replacing my windows.) The crew that replaced the windows above my garage are professionals. They measured the window opening again before removing the old one, and then installed the replacement window. They carefully removed the old one - respecting my property. They did not mind my questions about the window installation and of course explained to me how to operate my new windows. They cleaned up also after the window installation. The front of my home is not a lap siding but a custom fiber cement siding (huge panels with decorative accents) so the job needed to be carefully done as to preserve the look without messing it up. These people did an excellent job and the temperature in the room where the windows were installed is certainly cooler than the builder quality window that it had before. I got a few quotes before selecting them. I happily wrote a check for the work done and would use them again.

The owner of CRSI, Matt McCurdy, was extremely easy to work with. Work was performed as described. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Matt handled everything very professionally. Would recommend.

This is the second time I contracted with CRSI. I hired them for exterior painting of our exterior trim, soffits, garage doors, repairs to our front door and center hall windows. They also installed a new double door to our lower level entrance. Again service was fantastic and the outcome exceeded my expectations. The best part of working with these guys is the personalized attention they give to each project. Matt McCurdy continuously came onsite to make sure everything was perfect. We had a tricky front door sill that collected water and they were able to solve that problem with a creative fix. Other companies might have left with the work not being perfect, but CRSI made everything perfect. Their painters are fantastic. Our house is quite tall and the soffits required a ridiculously tall ladder to reach, but they made it work. They took care to prevent any paint splatter on our brick siding and windows. Best of all, they didn't leave one thing for me to clean up. Our lower level door was dying and would barely open. It is so nice to have a properly installed double door with energy efficient windows. Installation was perfect. What a difference. I highly recommend CRSI. The quality of their work is fantastic and their pricing is reasonable. Sure you can hire a low rent handyman for some of this work but you will get what you paid for. Give CRSI a call and they will do great work for you. I am definitely going to hire them for my next project.

CRSI installed siding and painted the exterior of the house. Matt and his crew were absolutely wonderful. It was a great experience all around, from the initial contact and quote to the clean up and end result. I asked to use a specific paint they had never used and Matt was not only open to doing it but consulted directly with the manufacturer to make sure to apply it correctly. Both crews, siding and painting, were friendly, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and definitely recommend them.

It has been a year since this renovation. This was done on purpose to see if things would last & not fall apart. Well, the job was so good that I felt the project was completed last week. CRSI was the only company I got estimates from that could provide all of the services I needed - painting, wood repair, rain gutter repair and door replacement. This was the only company that did complete inspection of the repairs needed rather than guessing. The job was completed without any unexpected costs and the final cost did not exceed estimates. The crew that worked on the house was friendly and hard working. The house now looks great!

I was about to give up on buying new windows this year. With other companies the prices were beyond ridiculous. Even the big box stores priced themselves out of the market. I found CRSI on Angies List and things turned around really fast. Matt McCurdy was great with walking me through the project, what I needed to know about the windows, and the options I had to consider. He didn't oversell, over explain, and didn't push. Their window options are not the big name brands you see at the stores, but the product they sell is visibly superior and a far better value. We agreed on pricing and terms a couple days later. It took two weeks to get the windows ordered to the right specifications and then they came out and replaced nine double hung windows and four transom windows. The project was wrapped up by two in the afternoon. The work was excellent, you could see the quality, and the work was done right the first time. Not only do the windows look good, they made my home significantly cooler during the afternoon when the sun blasts the front of my house. Next year I'll have them come back and replace the remainder of the windows. On separate contracts I order a new basement door which will be installed next week and some repairs on a very large center hall window and doorway. We only had one minor problem with a door sill, but that was corrected immediately. As a footnote the cost of services I listed below was for the windows only. I am very glad I did business with CRSI and I will continue to use them for future projects. I believe you will enjoy your experience with them and highly recommend you give them a call.

CRSI did a great job at a fair price. They painted our trim, porches, doors and shutters. They also did work on our interior popcorn ceilings where the seams had been showing. The communication, respect, and promptness were appreciated. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had a slight delay because of very rainy weather but the crew were flexible and worked around the rain when possible and even worked on Saturday to complete the job on time. Matt was on site several times to check on the crew. The crew was very professional and courteous. No one left the site until all of the tarps, cans and tape was cleaned up and all of the outdoor furniture put back in place.

Joe was very easy to work with and gave us options for the project. He helped us with a change to the front of the house that gave it an updated look. He and his crew were excellent! My exterior siding had a lot of rotted wood from the cheap trim that was originally installed on the house. Matt's team was excellent in the repair to make it look brand new. Also, my windows were absolutely rotten and installed 10 new windows. Other than a slight delay in receiving the windows, everything was done on time and professionally. We recently contracted CRSI to handle getting our house back in shape. Matt responded quickly to our inquiry, did a thorough inspection and provided a detailed proposal. We knew our 25 year old house was in need of wood rot repairs. He identified the areas needing work and gave us a very fair and compettitive price. We were able to make an appointment to begin the project to start just a week later, which was important to accomodate our travel schedule. Matt and his crew chief Javier arrived promptly the scheduled Monday morning to begin. Javier's team first removed our porch furniture, carefully covered the carpet and all sensitive plants were covered before they began to pressure wash. Javier and his helpers spent three long days doing a meticulous job repairing and replacing rotted trim around the house before painting. At the same time the painters began the painting of the soffits. This job was somewhat more challenging due to the size of the wooden screened porch vaulted to 15'+ ceiling height and house rear three+ stories tall. They had the ladders, skill (and nerve) to get to the highest spots. Once painting was done, they pressure washed our fairly long and wide driveway. The project took 6 full days, 8am - 5pm. The crew was quiet, clean, pleasant and very responsive to questions, requests or suggestions. We will be calling Matt soon as we're ready to have our interior done.

Excellent job as was expected. I previously used CRSI to repaint the exterior of our home. Top notch also. I then decided to purchase new Vinyl replacement windows and after four other presentations and estimates I decided to go with CRSI once again. I purchased Alside Mezzo Energy Efficient Double pain windows , Cap 24 exterior Window frames with Alside High Performance G8 Trim Coil; and painting new capping to match existing window trim color. I could not have asked for a better installation and repainting. I highly recommend CRSI to anyone.

Joe Tichenor, and his team led by Daniel replaced all the windows in our house with Simonton Azure windows with Double-Lifetime warranty from Simonton. The men on Daniel's team were polite, well mannered, and very professional. They completed the entire project in one day with out a hitch. A good reason for not having any installation problems was because Joe probably spent 2 1/2 hours measuring for the project. Professional, fast, and $7,500.00 less than the big box hardware stores. High quality windows too! Our family room feels much more comfortable in the afternoon sun right after the new windows were put in place. We give them the best rating we can....
