WOW we can't say enough about CRSI, Joe & crew. Everything from the look of the windows to the energy savings, this company delivered it all. We had several companies come out to give us estimates. CRSI may not have been the cheapest, however we looked at it as "you only get what you pay for" and we did not want to replace our new windows any time soon because someone else was cheaper or used an inferior product. Joe was prompt and very professional. He walked us through every step of the process. Crew was OUTSTANDING in every aspect from start to finish. We recommend CRSI to anyone who is looking for quality windows & workmanship.

I liked, again, that the actual owner of the company came out. Very prompt. They tarped everything, it was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend using them for anybody that's got something like this going on. Best prices in town, they outbid everybody else by about 5%.

The actual owner was hand in hand working with his crew; he did a lot of the trim work. Something that made it really nice, too, was that he made sure he and his crew had cleaned up and gone prior to my wife getting there. That way we didn't have to worry about the sound, the mess, any of that. Joe is very trustworthy.

I dealt with Joe, the owner, which I liked better than just dealing with someone they sent out. They were on time, very neat and clean. They did an excellent job and they beat everyone's pricing that I called. I would highly, highly recommend them.

It was a great experience overall! They were recommended to me by a co-worker/friend of mine. The technician explained everything to us very clearly. They didn’t ask for any money up front; we paid them when the job was done to our statisfaction. There was a minor problem with the windows and they were swapped them right out without any problems. I can’t say enough say good enough things about them and I’d definitely recommend them to others!

I got 4 estimamtes and his prices the prices were the best and his work was excellent. I liked everything about them. They were fantastic. They were punctual and the price that they charged did not differ from the estimate that they gave. After they left there was no evidence that they were here, except that I had new windows. They cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to my son as well. At the time they were a family owned company.

They were well within the estimates I receive from other companies. They were on time and meticulous. I was thrilled with these painters and they did an excellent job. The main guy that does the actual painting work has been with this company for 10 years so they don’t subcontract the work. We were we very pleased with the outcome of the project. I would recommend them.

Joe responded to my Internet request for quote very quickly, within a few hours, and we scheduled an appointment to look at my existing windows and prepare a quote. During the appointment, he measured all my windows, explained replacement options, and made suggestions. I had a total of three quotes for this work, and Joe's technical information on the vinyl replacement windows matched what the other two companies told me. The amount he quoted was in the middle (almost exactly) of the other two quotes. I chose CRSI because the price was reasonable and they had a much higher rating for quality than the lowest quote. The lowest quote was from a national company, and the highest was from a local company. The windows were ordered, and they arrived within the time frame that Joe quoted. When they were installed, Joe's crew (headed by Danny) was polite and professional, and they completed the install very quickly. One item stands out in a positive way. I have a box-type window frame over the kitchen sink, that extends away from the rest of the house about 9 inches, to give a little shelf within the window frame on the inside. Rather than just put new trim immediately around the window in this box, one of Danny's crew encased the entire box in vinyl-clad aluminum. It looks great, and is now maintenance-free. In fact, all the trim work was done very well. Joe was great to deal with, and Danny and crew did a wonderful job installing the new windows. I had a good experience start to finish, and I would recommend them.

After speaking with and obtaining quotes from four different contractors, we decided to hire Joe (CRSI) for the work detailed above. When he met us for the estimate, he was easy to get along with had some great suggestions for us, not trying to sell us the most expensive product. He was very knowledgeable, and his estimate was accurate to the penny. Joe and his crew were prompt for all appointments and installations, and the work was exceptional. We will keep CRSI and Joe Tichenor on our short list to call for future projects involving windows and siding.

I reviewed Angie's List earlier this year looking for contractors to begin replacing all the windows in my home. I intended to start upstairs and finish in the back of my home when my plans were thwarted after a break-in through my kitchen window. I called Joe Tichenor who came out early the next morning. Joe thoroughly educated me on vinyl replacement windows, competition, pricing, installation and every aspect of the industry. Joe emailed his estimate and while the price seemed pretty reasonable, I still wanted to see what else was out there. I phoned another company who matched Joe's price but their window sample was sub-standard. Once I phoned Joe that I was ready to do business, he placed the order and a week later, Mike and his brother came out and quickly installed four of the five windows. The fifth window - which just so happened to be the one that was broken into - was measured incorrectly so it had to be reordered which took a little more than a week because of the Labor Day Holiday. Joe phoned to tell me the window was in and arranged a time to finish the job. Once again, Mike and his crew came out and quickly installed the window. Joe reduced the total price of the job due to inconveniencing me. The crew even re-installed my blinds! I can't think of a time when I've had a better contractor experience! Joe and his crew are professional, on time and customer focused. I still plan on having the rest of the windows replaced in my home and without question, Joe and his crew will be the team to do the job!

I actually started the project over a year ago and had to postpone due to the economy. Joe was very informative and knowledgeable . He provided me his perspective on what needed to be done but never pressured me to make a committment. The actual job went smoothly and we're very happy with the outcome.

Overall, this experience was great. There were no problems. No glitches, we are happy with our windows. We would use CRSI again without any reservations.

Joe came out and gave us an estimate. We thought about it for awhile and got other estimates. Then decided to just go ahead and do it and we hired Joe. The windows arrived when he said that they would and the installers showed up when they were promised. They worked very quickly and did a great job. They cleaned up really well after themselves. Joe came back out to inspect the windows himself. They ordered the wrong size for one window and installed one where they weren't supposed to and left one out that they were supposed to replace. Joe took care of it right away and we ended up getting one free window.

Joe came out promptly after I called and was able to do the job in a narrow time window that I had available. I got 3 prices on the job and Joe's was quite a bit better than the others. There was a slight miscommunication and the SGD almost didn't make it when I needed the work done, but Joe pulled some strings and got the door I needed! He did a custom thing for me: putting double-pane insulated windows behind existing stained glass windows we had in our bedroom. This was very tricky to do without breaking the stained glass but Joe pulled it off! We got to keep the decorative windows while getting much better R-value from the new windows Joe installed.

I called Joe and he was great! Prompt, professional, and priced right! Everything was done exactly as we agreed. Joe's crew that did the work were amazing and did the job in a super short time with zero mess. If you need windows replaced, CALL THESE GUYS!! You'll be as happy as I am.

I called and spoke with Joe about home repairs I needed, which included replacing some windows. He only had one style of window in a couple of different colors, neither of which I wanted. I mentioned that I also needed siding repairs and painting, and he said he d have the other owner call me about that. About two weeks later, I got a call from the other owner, Matt. On a Thursday afternoon, Matt came to my house to look at the repairs needed: rotted siding, trim, and fascia replaced with the same type of wood materials, as well as the entire house painted. He said he would email an estimate to me over the weekend. It is now more than six weeks later, and I am yet to receive the estimate. I have not received any follow-up phone calls either.

Joe Tichener came out and provided a quote in a timely manner. He came to do the job more or less on time. During the installation some water damage was discovered so Joe had to adjust and repair some plywood skin for the house. On the day they were installing the door I came by during the day to discover that his crew was attaching the door frame to rotten wood. Had I not caught this shortcut I would have had a door hanging on rotten wood and that would not have lasted two years. This was very upsetting. However, they did make the appropriate repairs at my urging and the final product was ok. One of the reasons I chose CRSI was other customer reviews which said that they did a great job of cleaning up. This was not my experience. When taking down the old brittle siding they made a terrible mess of tiny pieces of vinyl siding. I am still picking up these little pieces around my house to this day. The overall the quality of the finished product appears to be good.

I was very pleased with the work this crew did on my windows. They came over when they said they would, took out all the old windows without a problem, and put in these new upgraded ones. They looked beautiful and they cleaned up as if they were never there in the first place. I don't mind telling anyone about them and I will use them again in a heartbeat.

The work they did was excellent. They were very prompt and did not make any mistakes. They worked really hard the whole time. It didn t end up taking as long as we thought it would and I am very pleased with the quality of their work. They cleaned up everything very well and I went and looked at the work as soon as they were finished and there were no flaws with it. We are extremely pleased with how the house turned out.

Matt is great; he does terrific work and I cant speak highly enough about him. He didn t make a single mistake and he was everything he should have been. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. The estimate was on the money and it was an appropriate price. I would highly recommend him and he deserves all the credit for the great job he did.

Joe Tichenor and his crew are well rounded and very professional contractors. His price for this job he came in a good 15% less than his competition. My windows look perfect and the men that came and did this were so fast and efficient; I was amazed. I highly recommend them for vinyl siding work, painting, or most definitely window replacement.

As he worked up the estimate he filled me in on all the ins and outs of the industry. He was very informative with no pressure sales whatsoever. When I got the estimate I thought this couldn't include everything but it did. I told him I was having other companies over and he told me what to expect from each one and even told me how much they would charge(approx.) He was right on all fronts, by the way. He even told me to call him if I was going to go with another company and he would give me advice. After I got some more estimates I saw that everything Joe said was right and I knew CRSI were for us. Danny and his crew proved Joe right once more. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. One of the new windows was cracked so they were back 2 weeks later to finish the job and I received a discount for that. Save yourself the hassle and call CRSI 1st. I firmly believe they're the best in the industry and the house looks great.
