Joe Tichenor and his team at CRSI were recommended to us by a number of our neighbors who have replaced their windows. Joe was very professional from the start, spending time with us looking at a variety of Simonton windows. He is patient and so easy to work with, returning calls immediately, answering all of our questions, and visiting the job site on a number of occasions during the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. He does not have the typical salesman personality so we never felt pressured by him and he worked with us to save money wherever it was possible without losing the quality of the windows that we wanted. We were also very impressed with Danny King, who installed all of our windows in two days with his two man crew. The capping around the windows was perfect, so we had him cap the chimney trim and two outside doors as well. He installed a large palladium window over our front door and it looks beautiful. He really does strive for perfection and this shows in the quality of his work. His crew was friendly and professional and the clean-up was spotless. Both Joe and Danny encouraged us to call them if we had any future problems with the windows or capping. We were extremely happy with CRSI and would highly recommend them for replacing windows in the future.

CRSI is a great company for windows. I compared 8 window replacement estimates. CRSI won the job for several reasons: they were professional, courteous, and most importantly, helpful and honest. The entire experience was so pleasant. The company was wonderful to work with -- on time, clean, and quality work. I couldn't believe how quickly the crew had installed them and cleaned up the old windows, which they took with them.

It was great! We contacted Matt in late Spring for a fee quote. He was very responsive and scheduled the visit promptly. When we met Matt, he was friendly and really down to earth. He sent over the quote via email when promised and it was clear and easy to follow. His pricing was comparable to other highly rated painters on Angie's list, but his reviews were what really set him apart. It was evident (after reading the reviews) that customer service is important to CRSI and we received the same professional treatment throughout our project. It took us a while to settle on a color scheme and have it approved by our HOA. Matt followed up regularly and was available to answer any questions. When we finally were ready to begin, Matt explained that the rainy weather was causing delays on other projects and that he anticipated being able to start on my home mid-June. Matt called on June 16. How's that for predictibility! The crew came and completed the job by Friday (yes, one week - with some rain days here and there) and it is gorgeous! I am very excited about how great our house looks. The house looks new! The guys were neat and tidy throughout prep. They cleaned the site each evening before leaving. They were courteous and quick. I am happy that we chose Matt's team. In fact, when he came for the final inspection, we asked him to give us a quote on interior painting. We look forward to working with Matt (and team again). I would highly recommend CRSI.

A++ work?Had CRSI come out to replace some of my windows. I liked that Joe the owner personally oversaw the entire process, made sure that I was completely happy with the work before he collected a cent. I will definitely use them again for my home improvement needs.

Joe came out and replaced the siding on our garage. GREAT work. The crew was professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the job and have already recommended CRSI to some friends.

I love my new sliding glass door! I talked to Joe at CRSI windows about replacing the existing sliding glass door. Joe is the consummate professional and he took time to listen to what I wanted/needed, answered my questions and recommended a product that met my needs. He recommended the Simonton Asure. I reiterated specifications to confirm this was the right door for my house. I again explained the issues I had with the existing door. I told him that family members struggled to open the door and in particular one with arthritis was unable to open it. My door is opened multiple times a day and had to stand up to heavy usage as well as provide energy savings. He assured me this was the right door and he was correct! The door was replaced by Danny who was very careful with the home security system. The new door has been given quite a workout with the everyday usage in a short period of time. No struggling to open the door and the screen door also glides effortlessly too. Everyone in the house is tremendously happy with this door.

Joe and his crew led by Danny replaced the vinyl siding that was damaged by a hail storm in mid March. He installed the vinyl siding back in 2004 after I had researched replacing Louisiana Pacific siding. Back then, I spoke with many companies and received four bids. The work in 2004 was excellent so I knew I wanted CRSI to do the repair work. The hail pummeled 50% of the house and required replacement of two major sides. The amount of siding material required Joe to submit an order to the manufacturer, so there was a delay of approximately two weeks. I was impressed with Joe's perfectionism to ensure the material replacement was exactly the same quality. Initially, I was concerned about the new vinyl not matching the existing two sides, but Joe explained what to expect. In fact, during the installation, he showed me there was little fading on the existing siding which proved we had the right product to begin with. On the day of installation, Danny and crew arrived promptly to begin work. In my neighborhood, the vinyl installations are not always done properly. There are houses with noticeable bulges and seams that aren't properly installed. My installation was excellent without any imperfections or installation issues. Danny even replaced the flood lights on the three highest points of the house without any hesitation or issues. This small gesture along with a fantastic installation makes me a loyal customer. Joe and his crew are always courteous and professional. The house looks great!

We secured three bids for replacement of all windows in our home. The first vendor originally came to our home to tell us how attaractive our house looked from the street. When a rep came by to provide a bid, he was trying to sell us triple pane windows. He gave us a very high quote and told us he could only provide the product at that cost to limited customers. He told us not to discuss the price with neighbors. This rep was very pushy and arrogant. We also determined that he misrepresented his warranty in comparison with other vendors. There were lots of red flags here. I did more research and found that in our market double hung windows are the energy efficient recommendation. I also determined that Simonton windows are highly regarded by a leading consumer publication and JD Power. We chose a second vendor from Angie's List. The rep was very well informed and quite professional. He said his price was guaranteed. His bid was considerably less than vendor #1. We almost went with that product. However, we had committed to three bids. I looked up companies representing Simonton. I then called CRSI and made an appointment for Joe to come show their product. Joe was very professional and did not criticze other window manufacturers. He told us to research their product and take time to discuss our various options. We chose to CRSI install the windows. The installation crew was punctual and did a professional job. The foreman of the crew told us to call if we found any installation issues at a later date. I highly recommend this company. Joe and the installation crew were quite competitive. Do not let me forget, the price was very competitive. I also received a discount for mentioning Angie's List.

This company excels in customer service and provides a superior product. We were always treated with greatest respect and felt like close friends after meeting Joe Tichenor. This house project was the most impressive and successful improvement that we have made to any of our homes after 40 years of home ownership. We are delighted with the new windows which are highly energy efficient and protect the interior from sun damage. These windows are easy to maintain and function flawlessly. We are grateful to Joe and this company for their superior work and attention to our home.

Liked them so much, we used them twice! We first heard about CRSI through an AM radio home repair show. In 2006 (or maybe it was 2007?), we decided to go with them to replace all of the windows in our 1948 house. We were a little concerned about this project as this is our first home, and the windows were the type with interior pulleys, some stuck shut while others were stuck open. Owner Joe Tichenor personally came out to give us the price quote on the windows, and shortly after we agreed to use them, the CRSI crew was at the house. Over the course of one day, they replaced all 16 windows with new ones that work(!), are easy to clean, and fit the style of the house. CRSI was easy to work with and delivered as promised, letting us know of any issues they came across. They were also really tidy, cleaning up the mess at the end of the day. Because of our positive experience with them, a few years later (2012) we decided to use them again when we became aware of a serious siding problem on the front of our house. During a storm, one of our shutters blew off, revealing a large area of totally rotten wood. We contacted CRSI to come out and give us a price quote for new vinyl siding all around the house, and asked them to also give a quote to paint the nonsiding area of the house and replace our terrible gutters while they were at it. The quote was so reasonable, we had them do it all. We have been very pleased with CRSI's service and quality of work, and would strongly recommend them to others.

The contractor was prompt and on time for the bid appointment. After acceptance of the bid, the work was completed when promised and on a timely basis. The pricing was better than the other bids received but the quality was great.

I CALLED AROUND TO A FEW CONTRACTORS ON GETTING NEW WINDOWS INSTALLED. AFTER NOT GETING RETURNED CALLS, CONTRACTORS NOT SHOWING UP WAS ANNOYING. WHEN I CALLED CRSI I GOT THE OWNER JOE ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY NEEDS. HE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND WAS ON TIME AND WALKED US THROUGH THE PROCESS. HIS PRICE WAS THE BEST PRICE OUT OF 4 COMTRACTORS AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM SHINED. AFTER STARTING ON THE DATE WE AGREE TO START HIS CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIOAL AND NEAT IN APPEARANCE AND CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT BEFORE GOING HOME. THEY GOT DONE A DAY EARLY AND JOE WENT AROUND THE HOUSE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRSI TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR NEW WINDOWS FOR THERE HOME.

Had previously used CRSI to replace our windows. Had them return to install six additional windows which completes all the windows in our house. We have been very satisfied with the new windows and the quality of workmanship performed. Also decided to replace gutters and downspouts which really made the house look much better. The workers are very clean, polite and on time.

This is the second home I had CRSI come out to replace the siding. Their products are high quality and I could not be happier. They replaced the siding within the promised time frame. Had Joe and CRSI make my home beautiful...again. I had used them in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. They are professional and their work is the best. They replaced all of my old windows with Simonton vinyl windows. Open and closing them is a cinch and they seem to be very insulated. Another great job!

Had several estimates. For us this was a easy venture.Joes company has done at least 6 homes in our neighborhood. Spoke with about half of the ones he did in our area. All gave great reviews! From start to finish our whole project went smoothly and efficiently.Thanks Joe for all you did for us!

My parents had all of their windows replaced a few years ago and when I asked them to check with their sales person for a referral to someone in the Atlanta area, she was gracious enough to refer me to Joe. I contacted Joe and he soon returned my call and we scheduled an appointment. I immediately knew I wanted to go with the Simonton windows after seeing the quality and warranty. It was a big job and Joe worked with me, I had decided to spread the cost out a little and do a quarter of my home at a time over the next 12 months, and Joe's quote was much better than I ever expected. After the first set of windows were completed, I was so impressed, I had to have the rest finished right away. Joe's install team, lead by Danny were extremely professional and did an outstanding job and cleaned everything up beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe and his team at anytime. I have already referred Joe to a co-worker and she also has had Joe replace all of her windows already.

Joe and his team were great to work with. Joe was extremely patient with us given that we took almost 5 months from initial consultation to decide we wanted to proceed. At no time did he pressure us into a decision. Each time we wanted to meet he'd arrive on time (usually early!). His crew were courteous and quick and replaced all 14 or so windows in our house comfortably within one day. They were able to do while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the house both inside and out. They cleared away so well that you wouldn't know we'd had workmen in the house! Joe also did a little side project for us that was totally unexpected but much appreciated. Would gladly recommend this company.

CRSI was professional at all times. Joe did not attempt to sell anything we did not need and presented a window replacement solution that would save us money. His crew was highly respectful of my family and my property, and they cleaned up after themselves without leaving even a single nail on the ground. We love our windows, and CRSIT has been there for us ever since, replacing a couple of windows that broke unexpectedly without a charge. We would use Joe and his company again without hesitation!
