Joe came out and met me on a Saturday and provided me an approximate quote before he left and gave me a final quote within a few days. I hired CRSI and Joe was out to get final measurements a day later to order my windows. They were ordered and arrived within two weeks and his crew was out to install them the following day. They were able to remove and replace all my windows with the new ones, seventeen in total, in one day. I could tell the difference with the new windows, compared with the old immediately in temperature inside the house and noise as well. Joe came out and did a final inspection with me after the windows were installed and made sure I was harp with everything before payment was made.

Perfect. Arrived on time...work done as stated..cleaned up site when finished. Returned calls or texts promptly....Was able to do work within 2 weeks of quoting...we needed it done quickly. Matt, co-owner of company oversaw the work personally.

I had a very positive experience working with this company. Joe very promptly returned my initial call and came to my home to give me an estimate. Because of his willingness to sit down with me and discuss my options without no pressure whatsoever, I decided to go with the company practically on the spot. Just a little over a week later, Danny and his crew installed my 11 windows. When one of the windows didn't fit. Joe told me I wouldn't have to pay anything until the last window was reordered and installed. When Joe came to install the last window, he also took the time to clean my sliding glass door that I opted not to replace at this time. I think that was above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely give him a call when I decide to replace the door.

Joe and his crew did a fabulous job. The job price was lower than most of the estimates I received. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently to remove old and install new windows...even replaced some rotten wood in framing to make sure installation was perfect. Can't say enough about these guys. I wish that every contractor I used for every project handled themselves like Joe and his crew. Don't hesitate to use them...you'll be happy you did!

Joe and his team were highly responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. They were very punctual and I was amazed how efficiently they worked, replacing all the windows and cleaning up in about four hours. They did an excellent job on the clean up. I love my new windows, which are easy to open and have built in screens. Have been enjoying this spring weather more than in years past thanks to these windows.

This was the second time I have used Matt McCurdy and his crew for interior painting in my home. The first time was a big paint job covering most of the upstairs of my home. When getting ready to list my home, I discovered 2 additional areas that needed to be done and I was under a time constraint and needed the work to be done quickly. I called Matt and he immediately got back with me. Despite being booked up, he managed to fit me in right away and got a crew out in 2 days. They completed the additional painting while I was at work and did a great job. The excellent service from Matt and his crew went over and above my expectations. Even though this was a "small job", Matt treated it with as much importance as a big job. I will definitely call them anytime I need painting done.

Since we have a total of 22 windows, we decided to replace them in 3 phases in order to spread out the cost. Joe and his team just came back for phase 2 (7 windows.) They were right on time and completed the work within 1-2 hours. We had 40 year old single pane windows. The difference in the look, feel and amount of sunlight that comes through the windows is incredible. In addition to those benefits, no more hot/cold hair seeping though and the sound outside coming in has been cut in half! One last added benefit that you can't get anywhere else, is Joe himself. He is just an all around nice/great guy. He talks to us and treats us just like we're part of his family. He even has taken on doing some minor handy man work at no extra cost. We plan on doing the last phase of our windows in a couple of months and look forward to working with Joe and his team again!

They say three times is a charm, however, my first two experiences with Joe and his team from CRSI went beyond perfection so at this point all I can say is: Why use another provider? Again, this is the third time CRSI installed windows in my home, this time the replacement of five old windows in my basement that was recently remodeled. Once again, Joe offered excellent quality windows at a price unmatched in the Atlanta area. There really is no reason to look elsewhere because you will be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The price of each window includes installation and wrapping of the outside window frame - no more maintenance. Joe's team of installers work quickly and do not leave so much as a speck of dust behind; a nicer group of guys cannot be found in the Atlanta area. The quality of the work is unmatched. I know I sound like a real fan, however, it is solely based on my experience with this company on three separate occasions. They have met my standards for fair price and workmanship each and every time they have been to my house. I guarantee that I will be using CRSI in the future for my continuing window needs.

I first contacted Joe about fixing some windows that were broken in our 10 year old home that we just moved into. After several probing questions and much patience in determining exactly what was wrong, Joe recommended that he send his most seasoned and experienced worker to our home to see if he could fix the problem or if we needed to replace our windows. Within a couple of days, Danny arrived at our home and concluded only a couple of our windows were broken and he promptly and efficiently fixed the windows- only after he thoroughly inspected every window in our home! Joe followed up to make certain our windows were fixed and that the service level we received was exemplary. It was!! Many companies would have just sold me new windows, however, Joe and Danny showed great integrity and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who may need their services!!!

It was a big improvement over the 40 year old single pane windows without breaking the bank. Even before he left, we could notice more light coming in less cold coming through and that the noise from outside had diminished. We also have a sunroom where a prior owner had installed windows that was not done correctly. Just for the cost of the calking material, Joe calked around 10 windows inside and out! We still have 15 more windows that we have to replace over the next couple of years and will definitely call Joe when we're ready to do the next batch.

The crew showed up on time as promised and completed the window replacement in one day. They were fast, thorough and did a good job cleaning up. They were also very careful not to let our two cats out. The owner, Joe Tichenor, promised that they would complete the work before Christmas. Even with weather delays, they delivered as promised. we are very happy with the windows and with their work.

Men arrived on time and worked non stop till finished. They were able to solve problems that came up due to it being an old house. Care was taken with the inside and outside of house. You never knew they were there except we had new windows. They cleaned up everything They showed me the steps to installing while I stood watching in awe. I give joe and his crew an a plus rating

Our terrific experience with CRSI began when Joe came out to give us an estimate. He took measurements and by that evening he had a detailed proposal e-mailed to us. Using all the same material we considered 3 separate companies and CRSI had the most cost-effective estimate. Less than 2 weeks later our windows were installed in one afternoon by Danny and Michael who worked efficiently and with attention to cleanliness and particularly in regard to our pets. Upon completion, Danny took me on a guided tour of each window, making sure I knew how to operate and maintain them. The following weekend, my wife and I noticed a couple of places on the exterior where the paint had been chipped during installation of the windows. I called Joe, and within 48 hours he had matched, purchased and had personally touched up the affected areas. In summary, this is a professional company run by really good people. We were totally satisfied and look forward to CRSI installing several more windows in December.

All windows replacement completed in a day, the outside trims completed the next day, all works done efficiently and professionally.

They responded to my request for a quote right away, and were able to schedule a visit for the next day. Their quoted price was received quickly and they were by far the most economical of all quotes received. They arrived early for installation (30 minutes) and got started right away. The crew were very efficient, friendly, and did a fantastic job - I cannot complain about anything at all. Everything went smoothly and as planned. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend them.

Work went very smooth with no unpleasant surprises. They found several rotted boards under the old siding and the additional cost was very reasonable. The painting took place immediately after the siding was installed. Altogether the work went as promised and more than met my expectations.

Joe had two crews came, removed and put up the siding all in one day, that included new boards for the attic that were not there when house was built. Joe was very courteous, helpful, and did extra works that were not contracted. He was a real joy to work with, we all had good time when he introduced me the best pizza in town that we got for the crews. It was fantastic! Joe, Danny and the crew were awesome! I have 2 dogs that are escape artists and they were very mindful not to let them escape. The windows went in much faster than I expected and look amazing! They returned a few days later to install my new front door and to remove a window to cut in a side door to my kitchen. The doors look amazing and Danny even replaced a broken light over my garage for me! Thank you so much Joe and Danny for a job well done. I have already passed your name to 3 other people! I highly recommend!!! Windows are Simonton 5500: The noise reduction is fantastic. They are outside mowing the grass right now and I can't hear them! They have a crystal clear view and easy access to clean both side of the window. Door are ThermaTru: Front door has sidelight. I recommend just purchasing the door hardware with the door. The doors are beautiful and let in a lot of natural light.

Joe came out to provide an estimate on replacing the siding and possibly gutters on the front of the house. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgable and professional. To my surprise after evaluating the condition of the siding and gutters Joe stated that they did not need to be replaced! Joe went on to explain in detail what was causing the problems and how I could easily fix myself at a greatly reduced cost. My experience with Joe was extremely positive and I believe he owns and operates a very honest and reputable business, which is very hard to find these days. Based on this experience I will definitely call Joe first for any future siding, gutter or window problems.
