The project went very well. As Matt told me, the new windows would be an astounding change, and this is the case. The house is quieter, better conditioned, and they really dramatically changed the living experience in the house. The installation of 16 windows was quick and so professionally done. The washing and touchup work went well also. I really appreciate Matt's attention to detail, and his good note taking and memory. An excellent homeowner experience, thank you CRSI!

Everything went really well. They were very thorough and the contractor came out multiple times to make sure everything was as it should be. We are very happy and would hire again.

We downsized our bathroom window and needed the siding fixed on that wall. Matt was very fair with the price and the work was completed fast. We had some small issues with the work and how it was completed that they were quick to come and correct with no hassle or pushback. Would use them again.

So excited to have new efficient windows! CRSI (Matt McCurdy) was so patient with us (as we do not make fast decisions)! He actually came back to help answer more of our questions and took us through the entire process. The crew was amazing too. They worked so hard and were miticulous with their work and yet completed replacing over 25 windows in one day. And the followup has been great too. We're actually picking out new shutters now for them to install. Before windows, we had to use 2 space heaters in the kitchen. After new windows, no more space heaters!

CRSI did a fantastic job painting the entire exterior of our home and replacing all of the gutters. They also did an expert job replacing several pieces of siding and other wood trim. Very precise painting and carpentry. Matt McCurdy is the utmost professional, very responsive, and a really great guy. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend them!

Overall our project went really well. Matt is very easy to work with and always responsive. His prices are quite reasonable also. The only portion we also had quoted by another company was the replacement of the 2-story bay--reviews and the 2 estimates were very comparable. We went with Matt because he is so easy to work with and he is nearby. The carpentry repairs of rotten wood and the siding replacements were fantastic. Crew chief even found a couple additional areas besides the ones quoted and completed them without nickel and diming us. Matt has a very discerning eye and had the crew come back to touch up some caulking that he thought should be prettier. Did have a few frustrating moments: crew showing up to paint when everything was too wet, inadequate scraping of old paint, priming with a blue paint+primer leftover from another job which I didn't love but didn't know about until it was done. Matt addressed everything we brought to his attention, but we did feel like we had to stay vigilant because he wasn't around every day. Overall we were pleased, and the house looks great now.

I got Matt's contact from a neighbor and I called him directly without contacting other window companies. Matt came by the house to look at the existing windows. He took measurements and sent me a quotation quickly. Without any hesitation I approved the quote and the windows were ordered and installed. I am happy with the windows and the installers did a great job! We received compliments from our neighbors and I have referred Matt to few other people. I would highly recommend CRSI. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic. The owner stayed in touch over the course of time it took me to get some repairs done. Once those were in place they moved in quickly and completed the job in two days. The crew was professional and never left us in a bad position (parking, cleanup, polite). The job was done to satisfaction and I'll use them again.

Before choosing a contractor, we did extensive research on Angie’s List. We chose CRSI based on several factors: (1) They have been in business since 1985, indicating that they not only know how to run a successful operation, but how to keep it that way. (2) Over 99% of the reviews had an “A” rating with no “D” or “F” ratings, showing that their work quality was top notch with no disappointed customers. (3) There were lots of reviews, which told us that many people had utilized their services and CRSI was able to consistently deliver top quality work. (4) Lastly, in addition to the painting we needed, they were also able to install new seamless gutters, meaning that we didn’t have to coordinate work between two different companies to complete these 2 projects. Once we contacted CRSI for an estimate, owner Matt McCurdy came by to assess the project and gave a very detailed estimate. This included pressure washing, surface preparation (caulk, putty, sanding, priming, etc.), a list of all the particular pieces of molding and fascia board that needed to be replaced and a list of all house and fence items that were to be spot primed and painted. Matt’s painting team arrived promptly each day and worked very hard throughout the duration of the project. Their attention to detail, especially during the preparation and wood replacement phase, was very much appreciated. The painting job was excellent and the house looks great. We were out of town for a day early in the project and Matt was able to schedule around us so we could be present to open windows as needed. Immediately after the painting phase was completed, the gutter installation team arrived to install seamless gutters fabricated on site. We appreciated Matt’s coordination in scheduling these two teams, minimizing the time the house was without gutters. The gutter installation team also did a great job and the finished product is much better than what the house originally had. After the painting was completed and the gutters installed, Matt came by for a final inspection. He noted some areas that needed touch up, but these were minimal. The team finished the touch up the next day and we now have a professional looking house once again. We were very pleased with CRSI and each of their employees that we dealt with. All were very courteous, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. They all take pride in their work and the finished result is evidence of that. We would gladly recommend CRSI to anyone that needs painting or new gutters.

I originally requested a quote from Matt for re-siding my chimney as well as several other exterior walls. Matt was always timely to respond to my inquiries, and he provided a comprehensive estimate within a couple of days. He was courteous, professional, and on time. Some other home projects took priority so I had to reduce the project scope to just the chimney. Matt quickly accommodated this change, and we scheduled the work appropriately. The crew finished the job in a timely fashion, and the end result looked great. I will certainly do business with CRSI again when I am ready to finish my other siding and exterior paint projects.

Very smooth from estimate to final result. Hardest part was us picking the colors from our HOA list.
