Had woodpecker holes and some rot on the chimney. Asked for an estimate and Joe came to the house within a couple of hours, looked at the chimney. Within a couple of days he provided an estimate to do just the chimney or to do the whole side of the house. He also included a long list of references and reviews I had received one other estimate for just the chimney, but was impressed with his attitude and the references (some who I knew) that I did not look anymore and had the left side completely done with hardiplank. Joe's crew showed up when they were supposed too, worked hard and were good about cleaning up at the end of the day.Joe's painter did an excellent job to make the house look really good. Even painted the chimney cap.Joe would also come by and check on the progress. Would definitely use them again.

It was the most stress free experience I've ever been a part of. , I was not looking forward to dealing with someone who might not be fair. After three estimates, I decided on CRSI. Working with Joe was like working with your best friend. I felt that Joe listened to my concerns and helped me make decisions I was unsure of. Joe is a professional and his crew came in and completed the job in a timely matter. I am very pleased with the finished project and would recommend his company in a heartbeat.

This was the fourth house that we have used Joe for window replacement. As usual, Joe was on schedule, competed the job in one day, completely removed all of the old windows and left a clean site! He never asked for payment until the job is complete and we are satisfied. Highly recommend Joe and his team! We have also used Joe for vinyl soffits, siding replacement and shutters - all with excellent results!

After talking to several window replacement companies, am so glad we found Joe and CRSI. Price was the best but so was response and professionalism. Thank you Joe for not insisting we sit thru to a two hour demo - we get it. Installation went well only taking a few hours and cleanup was complete. Also installer noticed weather stripping on our door was coming loose so he repaired it! How cool is that. Will highly recommend and will use again.

Matt was extremely professional and gave me a great deal and a detailed list of the services he would provide with a good price. I decided to go with a general contractor to handle all of my projects since I am out of town.

Great communication from Day 1. CRSI measured all of our windows and listened to our needs. They recommended a window that would be good for us and did not try to upsell or sell us things we didn't need. Joe answered many questions from my husband & I in a thorough and timely manner. Once the windows were ordered it was only a few weeks until they were installed. Because we only had 3 to install, we couldn't pick our day and shared it with another customer, which worked out great for everyone. Before services were completed, Joe double checked our needs and order, and also re-measured to make sure things were perfect. Workers arrived early but called ahead! Great! They were in & out in an hour maybe. They cleaned up everything inside and outside--I even saw a worker go to exit out the front door, notice a few clumps of wet mud on my floor, pick it up on his way out. He didn't see me as I was in another room and happened to look up, so that tells you how they operate. Very respectful of my house. Windows were installed in the master (2) and the nursery (1). They cut down on the noise from outside tremendously and are not drafty like the old windows. Easy to clean, too. We are extremely satisfied with the windows and service, and will use CRSI in the future as we will slowly be replacing most of the windows in the house.

I had 25 replacement widows installed. We started with the sun room where we had six widows installed. This gave us a chance to test out the windows prior to completing the entire home. Joe Tichenor the owner of the business was agreeable to completing the job in two separate stages. The workmanship was excellent, the product quality great, and the overall value was above average. Joe was very response to our request regarding various options, and work was completed per his commitment. The work crew was very pleasant and cleaned everything up when the job was completed. I had some custom things done for a few of my windows and doors. There were a few hiccups along the way but Joe and the crew got the job done right. Professional, economical service.

Like promised, all the work was done on time and within the budget. The start date was met. The details of what was to be done on each day was explained each day. The finished job was, in effect, a new, bright house. It was a delight to work with CRSI and the team. We look forward to the spring refresh in some of the rooms.

Joe was honest about his product and said he does not install wood or fiberglass windows. He even gave me a name of someone to call that could possibly help. Very nice man!

Everything went well from the estimate to the installation. The crew, and Joe, were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. All my windows were installed in 4 hours, and look wonderful. Joe even put weather stripping around my door free of charge. Great company, I would use them again.

I had received two other estimates for the work, and decided at the last minute to get a third. I called Matt and he came out the same day. I got an estimate that evening and although he was not the lowest price, his response and the professional and easy manner Matt presented made me feel at ease. All the worked was performed professionally and despite the fact it took a little longer than expected, Matt held to his original estimate. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Well, it went "perfect" from the initial meeting with Joe, through the installation, and the final walk through. Prior to contracting with CRSI, we had received 2 estimates to replace 24 windows, both estimates were 50 to 75 percent higher than the CRSI estimate, and I have to admit, there was some concern at the difference. But, after reading the reviews on Angies List, we made the decision to go with CRSI. It's almost shocking these days to have contractors exceed your expectations, but in this case CRSI, Joe, and the very professional installation team did just that. Our windows have been in for a week now and we couldnt be more satisfied in the look and quality, they are a definite upgrade in the look and feel of our home. Our sincerest thanks and appreciation go out to Joe and team.

Matt was very professional and provide great service with very timely replies. He contacted me within one day after the initial call and followed up often. He provided a couple different quote options and updated the estimates with my changes without any hassle. He is open and up front and does not try to "sell you". Once I made the decision, he worked with me on scheduling the crew around another job that I had done for the front steps. He even reached out to the other contractor to coordinate. His crew showed up on time and got to work. I happened to be at home during most of the work, and they were very flexible and accommodating as I had input to the design of the post trim. Gonzalo and crew did excellent trim work and paid attention to detail. Once the carpentry was done, they completed the painting. I requested an extra coat on one wall, and it was completed without the bother of a change request. We ended up changing the paint color after the first coat was applied and Matt only charged me for the paint ( at cost ). Overall, I think that Matt ( and Joe ) at CRSI are professional, courteous, show up and get the job done to customer satisfaction.

Joe ( Owner ) was very professional from the first call through the end of delivery. This initial consultation occurred within a week of the first contact. Joe has a no pressure sales approach which is very much appreciated. He also does not nickle and dime you with all of the "add-ons" and "upgrades". He was very patient with the time that it took for us to make the decision and "pull the trigger". He had come out twice, to ensure that he had the proper count and measurements for all of the windows. He even provided quotes for a couple different options. Once we agreed, he put in the order which took approx 2 weeks to arrive, then he promptly called me for scheduling the installation. His crew are seasoned installers. 3 guys showed up onsite, unloaded and prepped the windows ( removed the blinds). Removed the existing windows and popped in the new ones and wrapped the sill and brick mold with aluminum. Finally they re-installed the blinds and loaded the old windows onto the truck. It took a whopping 4 hours from start to finish! Joe came by a couple days later, to inspect the work and address any final concerns.

The inside painting experience was better then the outside which was great. They where very professional and polite. The arrived on time each day as scheduled and where extremely efficient with their time. They cleaned up when completed each day, it was like they where never there expect for the fresh new coat of paint!!!

Service provided was exceptional. They answered all of my questions and started and complete the project based on the schedule provided. They were on time each day they were coming to do the work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing paint work done.

Joe and his team did an excellent job. It was a very positive experience from the beginning. I sent Joe an email through Angie's list and got an immediate response. We scheduled a time to meet two days later. He was on time, very professional, knew his product and easily answered all of my questions. He gave me an estimate to replace all the windows in the house and have the trim around the windows covered. I decided to do only the back windows as they were in the worst shape and I wanted to be sure I liked the way they looked before I put them on the front. They look amazing! The previous windows didn't fit well, had some leaks and had very cheap screens. Joe's team fixed any and all problems they encountered and did an excellent job. They clearly knew what they were doing! In addition, they were friendly and also didn't mine answering my questions. This is the most positive experience I have ever had with a service company. When I decide to do the front of the house Joe is the person I will call. I have also recommended him to several of my friends.

All was great! Joe made a second trip out to caulk the window and make sure everything was excellent. We didn't even know there was anything wrong.

Matt was very professional and his crew did a great job. My builder poorly installed Hardy plank so I needed several planks replaced and my house repainted. I found CRSI on Angie's List and Matt took very good care of me. Very professional, very prompt, will use again.

They did an excellent job. When they ran into an issue with size of the new french doors, they handled it with no problem. They also went above and beyond the call of duty to repair 2 of my existing exterior doors. Joe from CRSI actually suggested that he do adjustments to save my existing door instead of purchasing a new door, which obviously saved me money!
