FANTASTIC. I called four contractors for quotes. Only 2 even came by. CSRI came by first, paid attention to what I was asking for, and was willing to work with me to get the cost down within my budget. Everything was done expeditiously and professionally. After work was completed, we identified some window sills in the back of the house and some boards on the sides of the house that needed attention. (Front of the house, which the contract covered, was perfectly done.) So I asked CSRI for another quote. Had it within hours and scheduled the work within days.

They did really good job on 10 windows. Also did siding and Painted exterior of home and got the job done quickly with no problems.

We are extremely pleased with the work that CRSI did for us. In the past, we always felt that we got either a painter that did not want to take time with siding, or a siding contractor that did not want to paint. Now we feel like we found someone that was interested in doing both to our satisfaction. Matt spent a lot of time with us before and during the project. His direct management of the project was probably the big difference vs. our past experiences. He made sure to take the time to address all our needs and even proactively pointed out some things that needed fixing at the end and did them at no additional charge. I can recommend Matt and CRSI without reservation.

I had a quote within a day or two of a walk around. After work started they identified significant water damage and submitted a reasonable change order. The siding project only took a few days and the paint a few days after that. They were respectful of our schedule and were clean every day they were on-site. A week later you would never know they had been on site. No issues and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great company. Easy to contact and fast. They came out and gave us a price within a day. They came back out to get exact measurements. A couple weeks later they installed on a Sat AM per our request and were done in a couple hours. No issues. I would recommend them.

I felt CRSI was a great company to work with and I would use them again in the future. It was one of the best experiences I've had dealing with a home contractor. Matt was a great point man to work with and made communication with himself and his team very easy. He came out personally several times to deal with unexpected issues that arose and was quick to update me on the tasks necessary to move past these issues as well as the updated pricing. He was also attentive to any questions or concerns I raised and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction at project's completion. The work was done in a timely manner and they were very agreeable to my scheduling requests along the way. I would highly recommend CRSI.

This was a great experience working with Joe and Danny. From the initial estimate to the installation of the windows, it was pretty painless and worry free. Both of these gentlemen have a ton of experience in the industry and I am very pleased with the quality of the Windows and the installation. Danny even helped tear our trim from a previous window that was installed incorrectly by another provider and put in a brand new trim. They told me that the window was the incorrect size but they did there best to put in shims and recalk so that most of the air didn't leak through. The pricing too made the project much more affordable than I thought it would be. I will definitely be using them again when I replace the rest of my Windows.

I first engaged Joe Tichenor for a quote in October, 2015, and obtained a quote for the siding replacement job. I received quotes from him and 3 other contractors and his price was the lowest. I researched the other companies (via Angies, the BBB and every other source I was able to find including contacting prior customers. In the ensuing month I worked with Joe and the other leading contractor on ensuring that the full scope of work was included - I was particularly concerned about rotten wood that was hidden from view. Joe was very responsive via email and text to my questions and the addition to scope of a couple of additional items. His responses to my inquiries were generally within minutes and never took more than 12 hours. Work began in late January and proceeded slowly due to bad weather. Joe's crews worked as much as possible around the rain and the job was finished in February. The job took a good bit longer than it otherwise would have and I appreciated Joe's 1) constant communications to be about what was happening, and, 2) focus on doing a quality job despite the elongation of the timeline. Each day the crew cleaned up including magnetically sweeping for nails - I very much appreciated this. Through the process Joe did several additional items that were not within the scope of the work. For example, I replaced all the exterior hardware to electronic locks and under-eave lights to motion-sensor LED's. Joe offered to do this replacement for me (which turned out to be far more complex than either of us thought). I would recommend Joe Tichenor without hesitation to anyone doing a window/siding job. He is flexible and focused on doing a quality job, even if what is required isn't strictly included in the scope of the contract - a common-sense partner in finishing the project. I only wish he did other types of contactor work as finding someone who is as quality-focused and honest is extremely hard.

I contacted CRSI and got a prompt email back from Joe. He was very quick, thorough, and the best part ZERO sales pressure. He was confident that CRSI would deliver exactly what we wanted within our budget. In the end I decided to put off the whole project due to some other unforeseen expenses that happened to be more important than windows, however next year when bonuses\tax returns come in I know exactly who I'm going to call. We hired CRSI to paint our rental home. The crew did not take any shortcuts in addressing all the items needing repair including the replacement of bad siding with Hardieplank. Communication was excellent throughout the project with Matt providing regular updates. CRSI is one of the few companies that actually does everything they say they will do.

Great company, great windows, great service. New windows for the nursery and larger windows for the sitting room. Service was fast, new windows are perfect and they cleaned up completely. We've used them before and will use them again when we replace more windows next year.

I was amazed how fast the windows were installed, and Joe cleaned them all before the project was finished. My house looks so much brighter! We are very pleased with the whole process. Decided to have 16 double hung and one garden window in the kitchen installed. The windows were installed very quickly, no more cold drafts! They look great and I am very pleased! Also had CRSI paint our back deck, they were neat and did not inconvenience. The entire process went smoothly, very professional company!!

CRSI Came through again.... I have used them multiple times and they just finished a job for me and really the only else to do was my screen porch. I contact Matt and he took care of the paint work in one day after a day of prep work. Just a Great guy and crew. Highly recommend Matt and CRSI to anyone.

Joe and his team showed up early for the 9am appointment, which was great. They came in and moved the furniture out of the way to ensure nothing was damaged and put down drop cloths to keep the carpet clean. They installed our 4 second story living room windows in about two hours. I was working from home that day and I really appreciated that they worked at a low volume without being prompted. They were very professional and the finished product looks great. I would recommend this team for anyone looking to upgrade/replace their windows.
