CRSI Siding | Windows | Painting

This was an easy transaction from bid to finish. Everything was completed when promised and when I had questions, management was there and happy to answer.

Owner opted to spend more for higher-grade paint. Will last longer and was easier for crew to apply. But painting was easy for them and they did a thorough job. The more difficult aspect of the job was repairing and replacing damaged boards and trim. Attention to detail was outstanding. The crew patiently and thoughtfully made sure that they prepared the house for painting as opposed to rushing through the job in order to move to the next job. I would definitely hire CRSI in the future because of their desire to finish a job to the customer's satisfaction. I'm not providing an approximate cost of service since every home is different. I pay for quality instead of going for the lowest bid: CRSI provided superior quality and value at a fair price.

I am very happy that we found Joe and his team - the replacement windows is a minefield of hard-selling and installation horror stories - CRSI is Joe's business and he is true to his word, overseeing the project at every step, and not taking any payment until everything was complete. The project went great. Our initial consultation with Joe was both educational and very relaxed - no hard-sell - Joe presented a variety of options to us with reasons for and against, and actually talked us out of making ill-judged - more expensive - selections! The installation was executed to schedule. Danny's team were punctual, polite, efficient and tidied up afterwards. We had a couple of minor adjustments that required a follow-up call and these were corrected efficiently, and since then - plain sailing! The windows themselves are lovely - really good quality. Overall, a great experience; I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and team!

Very experienced and professional. Showed up for appointments as scheduled. Gave detailed proposal. Did an excellent job and did a complete walk through upon completion. I found a couple of minor spots needing touch-up and they resolved the situation immediately. Totally trustworthy, they do what they say they are going to do and they are a pleasure to deal with. This job was on a rental property. They did such a good job, I now am having them paint my personal home. Great company.

After many failed attempts of connecting with friends/family referrals, I turned to Angie list to research painters. I'm so glad I did!! They returned my call within an hour and met me on time to provide a quote! He even ran out to get some paint samples to help with picking out some colors. I can't say enough about CRSI’s professionalism and attention to detail. We painted the entire inside (walls, ceiling, doors, trim etc) and the outside for what I considered to be a competitive price. They worked within a very tight time frame (we were moving in!) and got the job done on time. Thanks again to CRSI’s team

CRSI did a fantastic job. They were very professional and great to work with. All of the work turned out great! We had an issue with the fit of the replacement window and the crew stayed late into the evening to ensure that the issue was resolved correctly. The end result was phenomenal and you cannot tell there was any issue at all. I would certainly recommend CRSI to anyone.

The company did in excellent job painting our house despite difficult conditions (rain and humidity). They came back in a timely fashion to correct minor problems caused by the weather. Very happy with work and will use company again in the future.

They did such a good job on my home exterior I hired them a second time to paint my interior. I had removed popcorn ceilings and wallpaper so they had to do quite a bit of prep before they could paint. Again, very happy with the work and attention to detail.

I decided to give my house a mini facelift before putting it up for sale. It needed the works: painting, siding, windows, gutters and repairs. CRSI was able to get the job done in the timeframe that worked for me so that I could get my home listed. Matt was in constant communication with me so I was very comfortable throughout the whole process. They were great to work with!

Joe and his crew were amazing. They replaced 41 windows and doors and wrapped the trim with aluminum all in a couple of days. They were prompt, efficient and impressive. I can't say enough about how well our job went and the price was great!!! If you need new windows, give them a call.

The process was great. They were timely and professional.

I gave Joe my parameters for what windows I wanted replaced and with what quality. Joe was the only one who came back with a quote meeting my objectives. I have 3 much larger custom windows that I was considering replacing as well. Joe convinced me that those windows were still in good condition and that for the additional cost I would not get my investment back. He basically walked away from another $4,000 to $5,000 of additional windows. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He and his team were on time and easily finished the job in less than a day, which was amazing to me. Great quality of work and cleaned up all the debris. During the replacement of the weather stripping, Joe notice an issue with one door, which he fixed out of courtesy. One last note. Two of the windows were broken in shipment, which he did not find until his team removed the windows from the shipment boxes. He reordered the windows and installed the new ones. Even though he installed all the other windows and the door, he would not accept any payment until the complete job was finished. How many contractors will do that today? I highly recommend CRSI!!

I got 4 estimates for this work to be done and not only did CRSI have the best estimated price, Matt had the best communication and attitude of all of them. A couple of the other contractors acted almost like my project was a waste of their time, but Matt was courteous, responsive and thorough in his estimate and explanation of the costs. The crew did a get job, showed up promptly at 9 every morning and cleaned up after themselves each day. Luis' attention to detail was fantastic, he did touch up in places I hadn't even noticed. Matt came out and checked on the progress each day and ensured that I was happy with the work that was being done. As soon as I'm ready to replace my windows, I'll be contacting CRSI.

Matt and team met and exceeded our expectations. Their approach to all phases of the work are careful and they do what they say they are going to do. Matt is trustworthy and CRSI is very dependable. They show up when they say, do the work they're going to do, and provide full information if something changes.

Joe was great, VERY fair, and extremely accommodating. His main worker, Gonzalo, was exceptional with great attention to detail, huge willingness to help out with other odds and ends jobs at a fair price, and kept the property clean the whole time. Helps to be detailed in explaining exactly what you want... We should have been more explicit, but he was very accommodating and made sure it was done right! House looks amazing! Like new!

I received 3 estimates to have all 12 windows and a sliding glass door replaced in my rental home. All of the estimates were about the same in price, but based on Joe's reviews and after meeting with him I went with CRSI. The process was pretty painless. Joe came out and measured all of the windows, placed the order, and about a week or so later he and his guys were out for the job. In a half a day they pulled out all of the old, put in the new and hauled off all of the scrap. I recommend CRSI and will use them again if I'm ever in need of window work. Joe is straight up, trustworthy guy. Thumbs up from me.

I am very happy with the work CRSI did at my house. I trust CRSI and would recommend them to anyone. Matt McCurdy came out and gave a very thorough and complete estimate. His estimated was $4,500 less than another home exterior company. CRSI started the project on a Monday and worked through Friday to get it done. The workers were friendly, polite and very skilled. The house looks beautiful and I feel very secure about maintaining it.

Very well, the team showed up according to the schedule, they did a very good job. We had some issues with over spray on some windows and one of the ladders dented a window frame, but they sent a team back, fixed the window frame and cleaned the over spray and they did it in a timely fashion.

I had 7 different companies come and gave me estimation and did a lot of research. CRSI offered the best price. They also provided a list of customers they had already installed the windows for. I went to three houses and looked at the windows they had replaced and I really liked the job. Joe and his team are VERY PROFESSIONAL and did a PERFECT job replacing my windows. I love the job they did. Joe is very patient, spend extra time and paid extra attention in installing the windows to make them look perfect and absolutely did a perfect job. They were very polite, quick and cleaned after them. They installed the blinds after they finished. The pictures I have attached don't do it justice. Windows look much better than they appear in the picture.
