We selected CRSI over 4 other estimates. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The installation crew headed by Danyy were first class.

Replaced old wood windows with new Alside Mezzo windows. Their quote was not the lowest - but Joe was the most responsive to my concerns. He was prompt in responding to my queries. All appointments were kept promptly and the installation went without a flaw. His crew was punctual and quick. I really like the look of the new windows.

Matt has an excellent paint crew. they were on time every morning and worked diligently all day long. Prep work was outstanding and the wood rot repairs were better than expected. The use of a high quality paint, not your normal contractor grade, is readily visible. The house really stands out now. I have had our home painted two previous times and I can honestly say that I wish I found Matt and his team earlier. They are the best......

I was so impressed that when Joe came by to give us his initial estimate, he applied a temporary fix to some wood rot on our picture window to make sure that it wasn't damaged further until a permanent repair could be scheduled. Joe Tichenor with CRSI is great! Extensively knowledgable with windows, very professional and quick turnaround for quotes, installation etc. His installers work for CRSI, not outside subcontractors, so they take great pride in their work for CRSI. The installation went smoothly and very quickly! We'll be hiring CRSI again to replace the rest of the windows and also do the exterior siding as well. I trust Joe and Matt with our home. They run a great company!

Matt McCurdy, the owner, is responsive, personable, and professional and provides excellent oversight of the job. This was a two-visit job since our deck, porch, and staircase needed to be power washed before it could be stained. This was a fairly large job and included removing screens from the porch and moving some outdoor furniture from the deck and porch. We are so happy with Matt and his team and the excellent results. We have referred CRSI to our daughter, and she has hired them to paint the entire interior of her home.

For years have seen impressive reviews about this company from multiple sites including Angie's List. We feel real comfortable with CRSI handling our home improvement needs. Good communication backed up with high quality work. Once they begin, they stay on the job until completion and then they do a final inspection with us.

I got a total of 4 estimates and CSRI was very competitive. Choice of windows was one of my primary considerations. Work was outstanding. Crew arrived as arranged and quickly completed work. Old siding/windows were removed and disposed of neatly... any trash in the yard was picked up and disposed of. At end of job were very minor things that needed to be taken care such as some caulking around outside power outlet, hiding some wires. These were all addressed quickly. Very happy with end result, no more drafty windows and house noticeably warmer.

Another great job by CRSI. There was inclement weather and Matt kept us updated throughout the project. We did a walk through together at the end to make sure I was absolutely satisfied. Great experience start to finish.

We love CRSI, and have used them for a variety of services. We first hired Joe around ten years ago. Joe put on new siding and, time being the real test , it still looks great.! We get compliments all the time. Matt and his crew painted all the exterior wood - the columns, windows and doors, finishing the look. Matt has been back to re-touch over the years and we have been so impressed with their work ethic and honesty that we have referred them often. Most recently, my sister-in-law used Matt to re-paint their entire interior - They are thrilled and it looks fabulous! In 2015, we had Joe come back to replace the windows. We had over 20 windows - and we are very happy with both the quality of the product and the work. The new windows really have cut down on the outside noise and energy costs. Last year, we embarked on a major kitchen/powder room renovation and Matt not only supplied the painting, but gave us a lead on our contractor as well. Good people just seem to work with other good people. When Matt finishes a job, he encourages you to do a walk through as he sincerely wants to leave the premises with a happy customer. Both Matt and Joe are very responsive and, in this day where companies come and go, they have stayed in business by leaving their customers, both old and new, satisfied. I am looking forward to having Matt, Luis and the crew back to do the downstairs very soon! We are happy repeat customers, and happy to recommend their work.

Called CRSI as one of my rental homes was in need of sprucing up. Used them in the past with success so I figured I would give them a ring. They were very thorough, pointing out that I didn't need to replace all of the gutters. The new windows, siding and paint really make it look completely refresh and thanks Matt for helping me pick colors!

They came around yesterday and replaced the last 2 windows in less than 2 hours. My only complaint is the price of the 2 custom windows increased by 50% in two years.

The two man crew worked the job for two days and I hardly knew they were around. They were friendly and worked full days until the job was complete.

Scheduled 3 weeks out due to their workload, but they started on the scheduled date and worked every day until the job was completed. Their work carried them past Friday, and CRSI asked if they could finish painting on Saturday, which they did. They cleaned up fully. There was siding that needed to be replaced in different areas. There was a window that I thought would need replacement, but Matt was confident that they could restore it, and they did. CRSI also had a gutter fabricated on a corner of the house & garage (per my request) that always overflowed due to several roof angles that met in this small area. There were other companies that would not attempt to help me out - I appreciated CRSI getting a fix for me - 2 other companies would not quote a price due to the amount of roof that was "funneled" to this area. My wife and I were very happy with the results. A side benefit was that all the windows were spotlessly clean due to their method of painting the wooden grids.

The work performed was second to none. The crew was responsive to any concerns we had. Matt communicated with us almost on a daily basis and was quick to answer any questions. They completed the job in a timely manner and left the job site clean and free of debris.

Went well, they did a good job. Very neat, cleaned up nicely at the end. Very nice crew - they clearly care about doing a thorough job. Only thing I would change would be more notice of the start date - after three weeks of waiting they came to pressure wash with same-day notice.

The crew was awesome! They were on time. Finished in less than 2 hours. We asked them to come back and fix the caulk. He was out the next day and did a great job!

Excellent service and professionalism, quality product, delivered exactly what was promised and when it was promised. It could not have gone better. The initial consultation was nearly 2 years prior to window placement. We had multiple companies come out to provide estimates, and we felt that CRSI provided high quality, honesty, and the best value. We had a huge tax bill after moving from California, along with expenses from purchasing our home. We decided to postpone our project, but knew that we would go with CRSI when the timing was right. This fall, we decided to move ahead with the project, and we were remembered by Joe Tichenor, and our business was appreciated.
