This company was very responsive and communication was outstanding. The crew that performed the work was very professional, did a quality job and we were visited by the owners routinely to verify that needs were taken care of. We requested (and paid for) additional woodworking repair that was accommodated into the schedule, which we appreciated. Would definitely rehire again for additional siding/paint jobs.

So happy, as always. We are repeat, repeat, repeat customers and have recommended CRSI to others, including family, so they must be good. They may not be the lowest bid you get, but they are pros, and good people. I took the lowest bid once - then I met Matt and his crew, and have never even looked at anyone else again. Over the years, they have worked both outside and inside of the house, and always do a stellar job. They always ask the right questions, for example, when I wanted the wainscoting removed, Matt came back to the house to be sure there was drywall behind it. He didn't just assume that there was drywall, and was up front that there would be a cost difference if there was none. So, as it is the season - THANK YOU, MATT for getting my project done before my Mother arrived for Thanksgiving!

Very professional and the best painting job we have had on the house.

Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. Matt, the project manager, is extremely friendly, and walked me through everything. I strongly recommend these guys for any of your home siding projects. The new gutters also seemed to have resolved the issues with our crawl space flooding during heavy rainfall. And like Matt said, I no longer have to clean my gutters!

The house looks great. It took longer than I expected, but Matt went over and above and made sure I was happy with the end results. Matt is a good communicator and is easy to work with. Some before and after pictures are attached. Not very easy to see, but it made a huge difference

I'm very satisfied with the work that CRSI did. The quote for the work was fair and provided very fast (same day). We've had problems with other vendors taking a long time to provide a quote. They showed up on time and did good work. During the painting process, we noticed a few areas that we weren't satisfied with, but the owner quickly got those addressed when he did his inspection (plus a few other areas that we didn't notice). Clean up was good, and no payment was required until the job was done and we were satisfied. I'd recommend CRSI and would hire again.

Matt was great from the start with communication as well as working through the quote and our budget. Very responsive and very good about changing things around as we were working to figure out exactly what we wanted to do. He walked the house with us and helped us with types of paints, etc. The two painters that came over were very professional, respectful or our things and our family and always on time. They quickly answered any questions and Matt walked the house after the first coats to make sure that any and all areas that needed additional paint/time were addressed. Would highly recommend CRSI to anyone looking for interior or exterior paint.

CRSI provided an honest quote and honest work. The crew was courteous. Matt, the owner, answered all our answers and concerns. After the project was done he did a walk around and corrected anything he felt was not up to par.

The owner of the company was personally involved every step of the way. Every detail was handled to my specifications. The work crews were polite, engaged, professionals. At each stage of completion the company owner walked down the job with me and ensured every detail was taken care of before he was paid. And, very important to me, everyone showed up exactly when they said they would. From the initial estimate till the final brush stroke everything was accomplished when and as promised.

I chose CRSI over several other competitors because of past experience and price. Joe gave me a very comprehensive estimate on different options that I was considering based on my budget. As it turned out, their price was low enough that I could replace all the windows. We established a time frame for installation but an earlier opening became available. The installation went smoothly and I'm completely satisfied with the results.

It was amazing. The workers showed up on time each day and the job was completed in a timely fashion. They were respectful of our privacy. They also did not harm any landscaping or bushes which was very important to us. We have received so many great responses from neighbors and friends on how beautiful our house looks.

Matt, Gonzalo and the team are fantastic. They were always on time, professional, courteous, and did a great job with the work. We originally thought we would have to replace all of the windows, but they came out, looked at the issue, and advised on a course of action that would solve the problem without requiring that. Their team did a phenomenal job, and we really appreciated that they cleaned up the property each day so we didn't have to worry about the kids or the dog playing outside after they had left. We can't recommend them highly enough. The house looks great, and all of our issues are solved.

Because it was such a large investment, this purchase was a process. Joe was patient and meticulous throughout. He even found a flaw in one of the windows and had it replaced immediately. The windows look great and we are very happy.

We were very pleased with Matt McCurdy and his crew. Matt was very honest in telling us what needed to be done on the home and what could wait for later. Our new windows are a big improvement over the old single panes we had before, and the exterior of our home looks fantastic now. He did not ask for payment until all of the projects were completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Dealing with Matt McCurdy was awesome! He is personable, professional and provides excellent oversight of the job - his estimate was right on target and extremely competitive. He was so responsive, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The two man crew were so professional, trustworthy and absolutely fantastic. They were very detail oriented, always on time, and cleaned up after every task. My expectations were exceeded!! After completion the team stayed until Matt came and together we looked over everything done and they did any minor touch-ups needed. I highly recommend CRSI - they are the best!
