Electrician did an excellent job locating the charger such that the cord would reach my car. He then completed a difficult cable run back to the distribution panel in a cosmetically appealing way.

Horace was a professional during my regularly scheduled maintenance appointment. He took the time afterwards to explain what the found and what I should be on the lookout for in the future. I appreciated his thoroughness.

Miles did a professional job replacing 3 leaking spigots. He explained clearly the repairs that were needed and offered competitive pricing. When the job was completed, he showed me each shut off valve and advised on when I should consider turning them off in the winter. He made sure that I had drinking water before the water to the house was cut-off. He also ensured that I ran water through the bath rather than faucets to prevent any debris from getting stuck. I'm a young homeowner and appreciate the details to make sure I had a good experience.

Austin came out to service us. He was the one who originally installed the power to my “she-shed”. Once again his customer service and professional tech skills shine. He immediately fixed the lack of power issue. Then took the time to review his previous work to make sure there isn’t any other potential issues down the road. Before he left he made sure we were happy with the work and asked if we needed anything else. For a minute I thought I was at the Chick Fil A drive thru line everything was going so smoothly😂! Jacob was very thorough and investigated an issue he observed with the coil on one of our units possibly requiring replacement. He took the time to consult with a colleague to determine that it wasn't necessary to replace the part at this time, but told me what to keep an eye out for in case something does start to go wrong.

Jayson was prompt, knowledgeable & friendly. He was diligent in helping us diagnose our issue, and offered guidance on contacting the water department.

DO NOT USE. They have moved to a monthly subscription service that is extremely unfair. I'm 'locked' in to using them because of my purchase of my units years ago and the terms of their warranty. I strongly suggest you use someone else for HVAC service.

Dont use this company for AC installation or electrical installation. They did a terrible job on both. We have a 6 month old AC that has never worked properly since they installed it. It won't cool my house below 75 degrees and my house is shaded. The electrical re do we had done they connected the box directly to a basement cement wall below ground with no wood behind it so the moisture wouldn't sweep into the new electrical panel. All together we paid 20k electrical and 16k AC. Go anywhere else. They won't fix your issues and every time they come out for a maintenance visit they try to upsell you on something else ie: AC does not come with surge protectors which they don't tell you. On a later visit they want to charge you an additional $600 to install them. Shady business practices. Sales people lie. Run away as fast as you can!

My AC quit working in August, as they do. I’m a Coolray Coolcare warranty customer. So I called their number around 10pm, got a liver person, and they were able to send someone out the following afternoon. The issue with my system took a couple of visits to accurately diagnose but once the problem was identified it was fixed and the technicians stayed until the work was completed, even though it was quite late on a Friday night. Kudos to everyone involved in seeing this through.
