We worked with Daniel. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. His quoted price was very good. Responsiveness after the work began was spotty. They installed the drain and did the grading and seeding, but the seeding never took hold. He came back a couple of times and tried additional tilling and seeding, which was appreciated. Finally, he indicated we needed more soil. He would supply that for free if we used him for mowing and trimming for the next couple of months. Seemed reasonable. I asked him to write up what he proposed and email it to me, and I never heard from him again (despite several attempts to contact).

The woman i spoke with gave me a quote that I approved and she was so nice and positive and agreed to anything i asked that needed to be done. The boys that arrived were nice and started trimming up the front yard and had no clue what I needed done. They went into the backyard with 2 tools and started taking down things I didn't ask for or need work and then I came back out and they were gone and left the mess for me to clean. I don't blame them and they were very apologetic and didn't seem to know how to do the work. And I haven't heard from them since, even after multiple calls and emails. I think they were told to just get in their car and leave. So far I haven't been charged and the work was never done. They just left. I will never recommend them. I was thrilled with the prospect of the price and getting that work done and I was in tears after having to clean up that mess and not having it done. I am 80 years old and I cannot do this work and was so excited at getting it done. It's as if I never spoke to them at all.
