ClearCut Painting Company

ClearCut Painting Company was a HUGE FAILURE. Avoid this company at all costs. Wes, the project manager assigned to our job, was completely unprofessional and unorganized. We were told our job would take 1-2 days. The job ended up lasting 4 days due to Wes’s failure to plan and inability to adequately manage a crew. The first day, a crew was supposed to arrive at 8:30. No one showed up until 12:30. Wes did not have the paint or supplies ready for the crew when they did arrive. The second day was the same. Wes promised us the job would be completed that day. It was not. To top it off, there was paint all over our furniture, carpet, and new hardwood floors. Paint cans were left sitting on top of our furniture overnight. Paint spilled on our walkway and was all over our fixtures and hardware. When I explained my concerns to Wes, he said he would personally be at the job to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. He did not show up until 1:15 and left after an hour. Thankfully, Wes subcontracted a different company to finish the job. The new company was detail oriented and cleaned up all of the mess made by the other crews. They even showed up on a Saturday to finish the job when Wes was nowhere to be found. I wish I had hired that company from the beginning. I was told I would hear from the owner to address my concerns and I have yet to hear from him either. Avoid this company at all costs. They are not worth the headache or damage to your home.
