Company arrived on time, called before to confirm and did a great job. I will use this company for all my future carpet cleaning.

We lease and manage many houses. Alec does all of our carpet cleaning. On this particular house the owner was going to replace all of the carpets as it is original carpet from 2004. The 1st floor we knew needed to be replaced, but the 2nd floor was in a little better condition. I suggested to my owner that we have Alec try to save it before spending $900 to replace the 2 bedrooms and the hallway. Alec did such a good job that where the new carpet meets the old carpet at the top of the steps, you cannot r tell the difference. The carpet looks brand new. He never ceases to amaze me and has saved my owners so much money over the years.

Excellent service every time. I have been using Alec to clean my carpets for the past 7 - 8 years. The 1st time he came out, he had to rescue my carpet from being nearly ruined by another carpet cleaning company. Since then, I have never used any other company to clean my carpets and rugs. Alec's prices may be a bit more than other companies, but you get your monies worth from him. If stains come back, he will return to treat and get rid of them for no extra charge. There are never any hidden fees. He will move furniture and places protective plastic squares underneath the legs of furniture. Alec is very knowledgeable about the different types of carpets and rugs and how to best to clean them. I have NEVER had any problems with his service.

Alec always does a very thorough job, moves furniture as necessary, places plastic carpet protectors under heavy furniture, etc. He goes the extra mile to get out that tough stain. His process is miles better than your average steam cleaning.

Great job. He got out an old stain that the previous carpet cleaning company could not remove. The previous company was cheaper-removed the stains but the next day the stains were back and the company would not come back and do it over even though they promised to. Clean-A-Carpet is honest and trustworthy and did an excellent job.

Alec is terrific! He called to let me know he finished his current job early and if it was okay for him to come before the appointment time. Of course! I am a dog owner and my pet has been sick lately. And the carpet is 10+ years old. There are several pet stains that will never come up but he was able to give the rest of the carpet a fresher look and feel. He left me with tips on cleaning up carpet messes going forward and didn't try to sell me anything. No magic solutions or special cleaning tools. Just the value of his 20+ years in the business. I really appreciated too, that he took the time to explain to me the benefits of a shampooed carpet versus the "dry" process. He even explained how carpet is manufactured! I will be calling Cleanacarpet.com for an appointment next Spring!

They are fantastic. The owner Alec is with out a doubt the most dedicated owner I have ever met. He is so understanding of what goes into his job. He always makes sure that he gets all the stains up and the smells out of the carpet. I highly recommend him. He is incredibly friendly and outgoing.
