Cleaning went well. I really appreciated the time Dan took to focus on the stains and heavy traffic areas of the carpet.

It was a while ago and I think they did a great job. I must be satisfied. I think I had some stuff done last year and I am getting ready to have more done this fall. They are very reasonable. I gave them a B overall probably because I am really tough and don't hardly give out A's. They are very punctual. I would say they are really good. I think they did not realize that the cording on my sofa was silk so some of the colors came out, plus the fabric is old so I am not going to blame the whole thing on them. We had a little bit of bleeding of color and a little bit of wearing on the cording of the sofa.

The receptionist confused our appointment day and time several times (called me to confirm the wrong day & time, then sent me an email for a completely different wrong day & time). The men who came to treat my carpet were very friendly & professional. The first application of their Pert product did not work. The bad pet odor (from the home's previous owner) remained. I called and they came back a second time. The second application did not work at all either. After two applications it was as if nothing at all had been done to alleviate the odor problem. No one from the company called me to check on the final results of their service.

The receptionist kept trying to tell me that it was something I spilled, but the carpet is brand new and the spot is roughly 4 by 8 feet. She hung up on me before the end of the conversation. So when I called the corporate office, the lady claimed I was out of line and will not come back to look at it until I apologize. I am a business owner too, so I understand customer service, and the way this company treated me is unacceptable. I will file a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are fantastic. I will not have anyone else clean my carpets. They are coming back this week. I am in a pinch because we are selling the house - they accommodated the time, day everything that I needed.

I've been satisfied with them in the past, but the last time they came, they didn't move the furniture around. After he was finished, I tested the carpet and it just wasn't as clean as it needed to be.

I want to say Chem Dry charged me something like two hundred and fifty bucks to steam clean my carpets. They were punctual and pretty responsive to my needs. I used a coupon though and did not read the small print so I paid slightly more than I thought I was going to pay. They figured out what I should pay according to the square footage of my home rather than the rooms cleaned.

Excellent work. Came on time and completed work quickly. Pleasant worker.

The person doing the work was very nice and professional. He offered the stain protectant, but quoted a price of $18.95 per room, which was on top of the $146.95 that I had been previously quoted, so I declined. When I called for the initial quote I asked if there were going to be other charges. It is now a week and a half later and the stains are reappearing.

NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SYSTEM. CARPETS ARE SPRAYED WITH SOLUTION AND THEN A BUFFER IS RUN OVER THE AREA. DRY YES, BUT CLEAN NO.

THE DRY CLEAN PROCESS IS A NEW ONE FOR US. THE CARPETS DRIED QUICKLY. REMOVED DIRT NICELY. IT WILL BE UP TO THE NEW OWNERS TO DETERMINE IF THE CARPET STAYS CLEANER.

THEY WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN EVEN CALLED BACK AFTER THE JOB TO GIVE A FEW EXTRA CLEANING TIPS (VINEGAR AND WATER FOR CAT STAINS). IT WASN'T INEXPENSIVE, BUT THE CARPET WAS DRY FAIRLY QUICKLY AND ALL THE SPOTS, ODORS, ETC. WERE TAKEN CARE OF.
