Description of Work: We have a maintenance contract with A. Saylor and Friday night the AC went out so I called A. Saylor and left a message. About 9am Saturday morning I received a call from Andy and within 20 minutes, he was at my house and had my air working about 10 minutes after arriving! These guys are always friendly and seem genuinely happy doing their work.

+ -1 moreThey are a great. The owner, Todd Chapman, comes out to your house and talks to you about it. You feel like he cares and tries to a very professional but very friendly job. I just have confidence in him and I trust what he says he is going to do.
Description of Work: I used Chapman's Tree Service Inc. and the last time I used their service was probably early summer. They cut down a tree and I think they had somebody else come out and grind it up.

Description of Work: Excellent Company - Called with estimate within two hours. Scheduled work for the next week. Called before appt to let me know they were coming. Very professional - Would use again! Great Customer Service!! May not be the cheapest but would trust near and around my home. Chapmans cut down two trees in my backyard

+ -1 moreThey are consistent and good. They are dependable. We had issues with weather and they did communicate with us to let us know if it would effect their schedule. I have used them before and they take all major credit cards including American Express.
Description of Work: They took down 4 trees. I did not ask to grind the stumps, but they did clear away the debris.
